Great, fuss free service. Order placed, deposit paid, interest free credit agreement sent and delivery arranged just a few weeks after. The 3rd party delivery service was excellent too. Best thing though.. the price beat the socks off a certain 'never knowingly undersold' company.

It was a real pleasure dealing with The Place for Homes. I spoke with at least 4 different members of staff between choosing my furniture, right through to a more than satisfactory delivery. Always friendly, polite and efficient. I would not hesitate to both recommend to others, and to use them again.

Unable to find a 3 piece suite showroom in Cornwall where we live. Found this showroom near to where our daughter’s family live.
Upon arrival at what appears to be an old aircraft hangar, but inside we were well and truly spoilt for choice. Had never seen so many items of lounge furniture in one place and well laid out.
Was approached by salesman Rees, who was everything a salesman should be.
We discussed all options included delivery to Cornwall. Upon returning to Cornwall we asked for a sample of the furniture fabric we were interested with. This arrived - we ordered the suite on the phone and were informed that when the suite arrived in Wales they would store it until we were ready. Eventually because of carpet installation problems we did not have the suite delivered for 3 months. There was no problems with the wait. The delivery was perfect. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough enough regarding their showroom, staff and the whole buying experience. I could have just left a short ‘ OK ‘ experience but this Company deserves more.

We have just moved home and needed a replace dining table, chairs and sideboard/media centre.having visited numerous furniture outlets in Cardiff & Swansea finding nothing suitable. We remembered 'The Place for Homes' and one trip got it all sorted at very reasonable prices. Delivery and assembly went extremely well ... Thoroughly recommend them .... Just pop along I am sure you will be well impressed

The two men that delivered the dining table and chairs arrived on time and were very friendly. They had every set up in no time and after a quick demonstration on how to extend the table they were heading off. The table looks great and is exactly what we were looking for.

They have a great range of quality products on display, all under one roof and they give good old fashioned polite and friendly service. We were able to choose a carpet at the same time and hold the pattern against our chosen 3-piece suite to check the colour coordination. We would recommend them.

Very helpful salesperson. He was attentive without being pushy. After choosing our sofa we had to wait a little while longer than expected but it was worth the wait! The delivery men were very good and helpful too. My parents have always used the place for homes for their furniture! I guess I’m now following in their footsteps as I can see why! Nothing is too much trouble.

I recently bought a dining table from The Place for Homes that I had previously tried to order from another platform. It seemed to be out of stock everywhere! I ordered from this company and within 12 hours they contacted to tell me it was out of stock but gave a date it was due in and an estimated delivery date. As I had already waited at least a month already for this from the other company with no communication, I accepted this. I was pleased they had contacted me and were honest about the delivery. The product details were well advertised along with the photographs. I was kept updated regularly with the progress of my order and it actually arrived sooner than expected. Very pleased with the honest, friendly and timely service. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
