Very responsive in the design phase, accurate lead and delivery times!

Ordering custom pins was very smooth and easy, from the design process through to placing the order. Pins received were of high quality. Very happy with the service and quality. Will definitely be continuing with them as our merch provider.

The product was exactly to spec and arrived on time.

However placing the order was cumbersom and required me to email and call multiple times before any acknowledgement of my order was given.

I placed an order for customed pins and paid extra for the product to arrive on time. My order sat in someone's email inbox for 5 days before it was handled. They advised me that my order would be fulfilled by the required date. I called the company 3 times on the day my order was due to arrive only to be told the order had been cancelled because they had been unable to fulfill it in the required timeframe. No one had contacted me to advise me, no one had made an effort to refund me the $800 I had paid. No one had provided an explanation. I asked for the issue to be investigated and for the name of the person who manages the business. I am still waiting. I'm sorry, but I will never ever order from The Pin Factory again and I cannot recommend them.

Communication was easy and accessible. The product is really high quality, and we are very happy with final products. The only error was the backing card; it was supposed to be double sided, however all of the information is on the front.

Placed an order from overseas and felt reassured the product would be great as the customer service was superb throughout, from advising on the right product through to delivery. The recipient was thrilled with the embroidered patches for his new enterprise.
