my experience with the pinball company was excellent from the phone call i placed to order the unit (a very professional ,and well mannered young lady assisted me with my phone order) to the delivery men whom brought the unit into my home. ( i paid extra for inside delivery, and it was worth it )

I purchased a new in the box Ghostbuster pro. These guys are service oriented and do what they say. They went out of the way working with another vendor to get me my machine that was on galactic back order. They delivered the impossible. It's apparent the value this company has in the industry. I purchase between 2 and 4 pins a year new and used. As
a first time customer they treated me as I was
a preferred client. They gave me the lowest price available with any shipping option I needed. I placed my order on a Thursday by the following Thursday my new pinball was at my door. The Pinball Company has earned my
business. They understand the basics and reach to overachieve.

When I went looking for a new pinball machine, there were a lot of vendors to wade through. I had read about The Pinball Company, about Nic and Brooke and their commitment to customer service and placed them on the "short-list" of three to consider. After speaking with Brooke on the phone (yes when you call Brooke, you get to speak to Brooke directly) I was convinced these were the people I wanted to do business with. She was helpful, understanding and willing to work with me to get the machine I wanted for the right price and work with me on shipping etc. (Missouri to Texas). They were always in communication with me, even when Stern had a production delay, and I was never left wondering- what's going on, and where was my machine. The business transaction was smooth and easy, and when my machine shipped they followed through with tracking and connecting me with the shipping company. After the machine arrived there was follow-up as well.
So many times when buying large items online there is a sense of anticipation and anxiety since for the most part everything is done via email and phone- but Brooke and The Pinball Company gave me the feeling that they were going to take care of my business and do what was right to make sure I was happy; a welcome change in today's business climate.
I have, and continue to recommend The Pinball Company to many friends and look forward to my next conversation with Brooke about my next purchase.

I have been looking for the Simpsons Party Pinball machine for a while. I don't think they sell it new anymore, so I decided to get it refurbished/used. After looking around, the best one looked like the one from the Pinball Company, so I decided to get it. I have to say, it was well worth it. The machine looks pristine and plays, as far as I can tell, like a new machine. I've purchased new arcade machines in the past, but never a pinball machine. However, based on how the other machines I have look upon arrival, the pinball machine looked just as good.

The shipping was incredibly fast, and the communication and support the Pinball Company provide before, during, and after I got my pinball machine was as good as it could possibly be. If they have the product I want, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
