At first I was sceptic about the website because how could the phone (iPhone 15) be so much cheaper than on other websites? After reading a lot of reviews and researching the website I ordered the phone, and I was pleasantly surprised! The phone arrived within a day, the package was taped thoroughly there was not a single scratch on the box. The phone came in its original package with extra seals to confirm that it had not been opened before. The phone itself was brand new, complete with a protective plastic layer over it and a usb-c cable in the box, just like you would expect from Apple. The phone is working well and I am glad that I made this decision to order at the phone shop and save money!

So. I already wrote a review earlier on August 23, but until now I have not received any response from the company regarding the defective samsung s23+. If the company does not comply further, we will contact the law enforcement.

Order fulfilled with wrong product. Customer service did not help at all after I’ve explained the situation. Only option was refub which was not possible at the moment. After the second email they did not respond. So nope for me. They deserve 1 star just for delivering a product. Kindle was not kids edition, version was correct but it was with ads and more expensive than Amazon. Do not fall into the trap!!

Even though the first order came in wrongly, the customer service was more than perfect. Kris from costumer service was extremely quick in his responses and literally saved the day. He was very polite and helpful. The return process was very fast and after receiving the return,then they send me the correct with an additional gift for the inconvenience. 5 stars because of Kris and good service.

This is a scam site! ordered packages do not get delivered! They just blame B-post. Money gone! Customer service not responding.

Ordered a Xiaomi RedmiBook Pro 14 laptop (order # PS4890 from July 14, 2024).
Item was sent 4 days later (handed over to carrier late evening July 18th, after my request to the shop when they are going to ship it).
Item delivered in good shape (no damages), but with two major issues:
1. Chinese version of the Windows 11 installed (and it is impossible to change language from CN to EN because this is a Single Language version only for a China market only).
2. Power supply has a Chinese plug (and it is not possible to use it in EU) without adapter.
Nothing was mentioned about this on the description for that laptop on the seller website.

I've submitted a return request. After couple days got the answer that I should fix those issues by myself (buy adapter, fix issue with language).
Requested goods return one more time - 10 days gone, still no answer.

To summarize - THE PHONE SHOP selling cheap Chinese versions of the laptops and cheating costumers with not correct description of the goods.

Not recommended to deal with this shop!

I ordered a 256 GB phone, and got delivered a 128GB instead. I wrote a mail and called the support line and was told over the phone that the correct 256GB plane will be sent directly. When it did not arrive, I wrote again and was told to first send back the 128GB phone. I did, and sent prove of the return. Since then I have not received the new phone. They do not answer my emails, nor the phone calls or the What's App messages. This seems to be a scam.

I bought the phone from your company on BOL on 29 septembre 2023.
The phone stopped fast charging in December 2023. At the same time, the USB-C headphones stopped working.
I tried to contact Samsung for the manufacturer's warranty, but I was informed that the phone does not come from the EU, and that the warranty is not valid.
I would like to return the phone for repairs or replacement.

I contacted by email ThePhoneShop on : January 12, May 3, May 8, May 24, June 5 and through WhatsApp on June 17,

I have received no reply.

Good service. Good price. Order placed on saturday, delivery was on the tuesday.

Everything is fine! I ordered Xiaomi Mi 14 at a price 50 euros cheaper (including all taxes). Received in three days. Great experience! I will order my next phone from them. Everything is very fast and efficient! I recommend!

Fast delivery, well packed, got what I ordered.

Everything is as expected, there is no delay, and there is a gift with a discount code inside the box. I recommend dealing with them. Their prices are really competitive and great. There is a small note that they did not send me the invoice in the box or by email.

The phone was advertised as 5G on its picture on the web page. I received a 4G phone however. When I looked my order carefully I noticed the difference. This is not ethical.

Happy with the purchase. The phone shop is 100% professional.

Fast delivery. And the mobile is brand new and as per the ad.
