The Phoenix Community for APOE4 Carriers Reviews 

I joined Phoenix in December 2025 after learning that I carry APOE4, and I’m very grateful I found this community and Kevin Tran. Learning about APOE4 can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out what the information actually means for your health and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

Phoenix has helped me better understand my APOE4 status and become much more proactive about my health. I especially appreciate the research, education, testing information, and the opportunity to learn alongside other people who are navigating many of the same questions.

There is so much conflicting information out there about APOE4, so having a place focused specifically on the latest research and on practical steps we can take has been incredibly valuable to me. I’m still learning, but I feel much more informed and empowered to make decisions about my long-term brain and overall health. Highly Highly Recommend this group to anyone trying to navigate through the confusion and overwhelm of living with APOE 4.

Being in a group where everyone has the same genetic concern is great because it facilitates a very focused discussion with ideas sharing.

I am so grateful to have found the Phoenix Community. I discovered my APOE4/4 status over 10 years ago through 23andme - it was a shock and not something remotely on my radar. In December 2025 I came across Kevin Tran and this community; through Phoenix I am able to watch and listen to interviews with doctor's on the front line of Alzheimer's prevention, with member and physician expertise I have learned so much about lab/biomarker goals, supplements, and exercise. Overall, it's a community that allows me to learn, question and connect with others. I no longer feel helpless against my genetics and highly recommend this community to others in the same boat!
