Long time customer
Shipping is quick, the product works. I've noticed a difference in our older lab and very senior Dalmatian. The only thing is the packaging. The containers that the product is in is thick plastic, it seems wasteful. Maybe different packaging can bring down the cost?

Terrible Shipping Partner
The PetLab product is fine. My dogs like it and it freshens their breath for most of the day. The issue I have is with the delivery company. Not once has my package been dropped anywhere in the vicinity if my front door. The last two shipments were thrown into a planter at the bottom of the driveway, and yesterday was nearly thrown into a rose bush until my husband asked the driver what he was doing. Whoever you're using, drop them before I cancel my subscription.

They don’t honor the money back…
They don’t honor the money back guarantee they want to make every excuse to why there product didn’t work and I bought the fist supply off of eBay so they won’t give me my money back look it’s the same exact ish I got from you sealed and all the product doesn’t work at all it’s just another scam to make money!!! And I will stand by what I said until I receive the 200$ plus dollars I spent on it!!!! Even bought the last two tubs from their website!!!! I purchased it June 1st and July 1st the amount was 75.39$ tell me Im lying and I’ll post the receipts!!!!!!
