Do NOT sign up for Pet Health Club
Do NOT sign up for Pet Health Club. Your contract is auto-renewed every 12 months for another year and I have been told there is a £60 exit fee if you cancel (even though it is only 4 days after the renewal date). This is extremely predatory behaviour that I have not experienced from even the worst companies.

Pet Health Club is a 12-month agreement which automatically renews each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send a renewal reminder around 30 days beforehand, and the £60 early cancellation fee applies if a plan is cancelled during the new contract year. These details are also set out in our terms and conditions.

Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful. Just one month into my plan and I had to cancel as we just cannot afford it, husband lost job and having to move home and they are charging us £120 to leave the plan. No consideration person on phone couldn’t care less no empathy at all.
