Ella was amazing! Visited designer outlet yesterday to do some Christmas shopping and was served by the lovely Ella. She was absolutely wonderful, so king and helpful. She is very knowledgeable on the products and helped with my specific needs and wants. Truly lovely experience!

I stupidly "ran out " of my perfume just couldn't wait until Christmas BUT we found the perfume shop in York and although they didn't have it in store they were more than happy to send it to me it took ALL OF TWO DAYS!!!!! THEN, it was there....so quick it was almost as if I wasn't with out it I couldn't have asked for more!!!!! JUST PERFECT!!!!! XXX

Ella was absolutely wonderful! I visited yesterday and she was so helpful will my various specific needs and many questions! Truly one of the best experiences I have had with a staff member in any shop! Ella was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I'm extremely grateful it was her who helped me. She was so welcoming and constantly had a smile on her face. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves as a superb face of this store!

We visited the store twice today and both times served by the wonderful Stella. We were looking for our wedding scents and she was both patient and informative with recommendations based on current perfumes and aftershaves we used. We ended up finding the perfect ones for our big day and even went back later to then purchase some Christmas gifts which included second choices for our wedding day. Thank you for being amazing Stella, customer service appears to be so slim nowadays but not by you so we thank you greatly!

if i could rate the service me and my mum recieved today id give it 10000. We were looking for a fragrance by smell, which isnt the easiest task. The lady who served us (sadly dont know her name) was picking all sorts of lovely fragrances out and going through god knows how many with us. She was so lovely, bubbly, chatty, approachable, proffessional, helpful and overall absolutely amazing. i have never had service like this and will definately be going back, we didnt find the fragrance we were looking for but she managed to find us something really nice and then gift wrapped it perfectly for us. I may even go back in soon just to find out her name because service like that deserves recognition. I never write reviews. Popped in today for parfum for my husbands birthday, was helped by stella. Settled on the dior savauge Stella was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I was served at the till by Dottie she was lovely, happy & bubbly arranged for my purchase to be delivered to my home as they did not have the size in stock. I will definitely be shopping there again !

I went twice, once for my birthday and once for my mums birthday, the first time (I didn’t catch her name) I was greeted by this lovely lady while I was looking for a new smell for my birthday, and we looked at a few but after we decided on one she rang it up and cracked a few jokes with my dad which was really nice to see, she even gave us a huge travel bag as a freebie which was very funny yet unexpected to walk out with. Then the second time I went for a specific perfume which I knew was the one I would get, and Ella asked me if I was alright and helped me out. She was fast going into the back to find it and came back with a smile. After she came back she asked if I wanted it gift wrapped and while she was wrapping we joked about silly wrapping stories and she was absolutely lovely the whole time. Both times were incredibly pleasant because of these ladies, both very happy, chatty and worked with a smile. Made my days.

My partner and I visited the store and was greeted by Stella who had a chat with him about certain aftershaves and even discovered that one of his favourites which he thought had been discontinued was actually available in store.
Stella explained the difference in the strengths of aftershave and made some recommendations to my partner.
Stella thought he may like a particular new aftershave which also had a female version too. We took a sample and had the perfumes sprayed on us by Stella who suggested we see how they settled and to come back if we were happy.
We were more than happy with not only her service but with the recommendations Stella had made to us as we'd never smelt these particular scents before.
We returned to the store before we came home and bought both aftershave and perfume. Stella remembered us straight away and the scents she had used.
We were very grateful for all her help and she gave us a couple of free gifts too. Keep up the great work. A little mention to a young guy who Stella was working with when we first arrived as he was very helpful too but I can't remember his name.

Visited the York designer outlet store today (17th July) and was greeted by Stella on the door! I was quite embarrassed to admit I’ve never owned a bottle of perfume before but Stella eased my embarrassment with open arms and made me feel so comfortable. She helped narrow down the scents and explained the fragrance wheel to me in terms of what I might like. Once we were able to narrow it down to 2 scents and I was very indecisive, Stella was so lovely and helped keep me calm explained we could go for a walk around the outlet to see how the perfumes wore. Upon coming back into the store it was as if we were friends from the amazing greeting we received for a second time.

Thank you Stella from the bottom of my heart for helping me find my scent and for helping me tick a little something off my ‘I’ve made it list’!

I hope you read this and know you’re a credit to TPS for all you do to every customer that walks through the doors! We need more Stella’s in the world🫶

Ellie, the perfume specialist helped out in picking a nice perfume with a base scent I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating! It’s a good place to get your perfume. Defo worth going back if I need a new scent.
