I visited the Ipswich branch and I can say the service was phenomenal, I went in there looking for something to change up from my usual, the staff were very friendly and helpful showing me all different kinds of scents to chose from. In the end I chose the prada paradime and let’s say it did not disappoint.
I will definitely be recommending to friends

Nice product, good price and quick delivery

We were served by Dani & a colleague (unfortunately didn’t get a name) at the Ipswich branch & were positively welcomed on entrance.

We have made many visits to the shop & are greeted with excellent service by staff who are very willing to help, chatty & never fail to recognise us.

I’m sure we will be back again.

I came in to treat myself to some of my favourite scent, the nice lady ( I think she was the manager) told me about their buy one, get second half price. I thought I'd treat my dear lady to a nice new fragrance as this is a great offer, but wasn't sure which one, but knowing what my lady kinda likes, the staff took time to show me a few and I walked out with some goodies for us both. I've bought here before and always had a great experience. Thank you for your time perfume shop Ipswich.

I would like to leave very positive feedback for the staff member who served me at The Perfume Shop, Unit 1, Ipswich, IP1 3BB, on 25 April 2026 at around 14:37.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name exactly — it may have been Alice or something similar — but she gave absolutely excellent customer service. She was very friendly, patient, professional and made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the store.

She helped me with choosing my fragrance and the whole experience felt easy, warm and genuinely pleasant. I left the shop feeling very happy with both the product and the service.

In my opinion, she is a real credit to your Ipswich store and deserves recognition for the way she treats customers. Her service was honestly top level, and I think she would be very worthy of praise, reward, or even promotion.

Have ordered online and purchased via their shop in Ipswich. Both experiences have been excellent. The gift wrapping service in the shop was also excellent and customer service very good at a busy time of the year. Good offers on some popular well known brands.
