I can’t overemphasise how much I appreciated the excellent service I received from The Pensions Adviser. They made a very frustrating and confusing process so much simpler for me, patiently explaining my options, regularly keeping me informed and always being friendly but professional. There was a very annoying long delay in one of the, several, small pensions payments that made up my annuity but they kept pursuing it until it was finally resolved, at no extra cost to me, despite having to spend far more time than should have been necessary to sort out a modest annuity pot.

This was the second time I used The Pension Adviser for the process of transferring my private pensions. On the first occasion some years ago they were terrific as at that time I dealt with Sarah. I was so happy to know that both Sarah and Julie would be my contacts again. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish and every step of the process was thoroughly explained. It has been a pleasure again to have their expert advice and service. Thank you Sarah and Julie for your professionalism and being do open with all your advice.

Having spent most of my working life trying, often unsuccessfully, to pin down “professionals” willing to provide clear, upfront quotes, my heart sank when I was told that transferring my three private pensions would require the involvement of a financial adviser.

I initially contacted an adviser recommended by my pension provider and, as I feared, they declined to provide even an indicative fee, despite being supplied with full and up-to-date valuation details.

I then contacted The Pensions Advisor, and the contrast could not have been greater. Although my pensions were identified as “complex”, the fee structure was explained clearly and unambiguously from the outset, which was exactly what I was looking for.
The entire process, from first contact through consultation to completion of the transfers, was straightforward, well managed, and supported by exemplary communication throughout (thank you, Julie 😊).
Subsequently, an issue arose with my workplace pension after the provider had given me incorrect information, making a further transfer necessary. I contacted Sarah, explained the situation, and she immediately agreed to facilitate the additional transfer at no cost to me, an entirely unexpected but hugely appreciated gesture.

My dealings were primarily with Julie and Sarah, and I can honestly say that I have never encountered a more helpful, professional, and genuinely client-focused business in my entire working life.

The Pensions Advisor are quite simply outstanding, and to borrow a well-worn piece of advertising jargon: “If Carlsberg did financial advisers…”

I was past on the Pensions Advisors details by a friend of mine in the same predicament.
My military pension was trapped in a dodgy scheme in malta and I could get it out. After several fail attempts with other companies I finally found these guys and what a blessing.
I wasnt expecting much but these guys got all my pension out of Malta and into a decent pension scheme in the UK.
