Stay well away
Purchased a cinema system 3 weeks before xmas, selected Paypal as the payment option and my word I'm so glad I got Paypal protection. When the item was not shipped after 5 days I started to query. Main phone number was permanently on answer phone, left several voicemails none of which were responded to. After several emails I got an email back stating that they were still waiting for the Paypal funds to clear. Sounded very odd but I gave them another 3 days. I then had to chase again and after 3 more days I received another email asking me to raise a claim through Paypal as they have issues with their account. Even after I raised a claim, they still did not refund and just chose to ignore all further emails and ignore the Paypal claim which meant I had to wait a further 10 days to obtain a refund through Paypal. That took it to the wire with getting another item delivered by Xmas. The PC Lounge are to be avoided if you want to see something for your money.
