I cannot recommend this company enough!!

I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only is the product fantastic (the likeness to our Maggie was incredible), the customer service I received was top tier! I emailed on a hope not expecting to hear back as is the way with most things, as I ordered the product late and needed it to come quick, they responded and informed me that they had pushed forward my order to get it on time and I am so grateful! I couldn’t disagree more with the negative reviews as my experience was the complete opposite! Keep up the good work, you have an amazing product and company ethic 🙌🏻

Commissioned a pet portrait of my…

Commissioned a pet portrait of my God-daughters dog for a special birthday…. she was over the moon with it!! This is the second Pawtrait i have done…. would highly recommend… absolutely beautiful! Sadly I don’t have a photo of the finished article as they don’t live near me but the response from my god-daughter and her fiancée was joyful.

Lost my Dave (the Dog) last October

Lost my Dave (the Dog) last October. Had a portrait of both my dogs together. A bit pricey but worth it. Fits lovely with my home decor. I’d suggest paying for the preview. They will accommodate your views!

Awful company to buy from …

Ordered a picture of one of the family pets in time for Christmas, as a present for my wife.
When it arrived the print was amateur and it didn’t bear any resemblance to the photo I sent them, they therefore sent a replacement - this was damaged.
They are now refusing a refund
They only publish positive reviews on their website so misleading - I would never use this company again

Regarding the issues you faced, we want to clarify that we did send a replacement when you informed us about the initial print not meeting your expectations. Specifically, you wanted the drawing to be angled sideways, which wasn’t originally requested in your order. Despite this, we promptly sent a replacement to accommodate your preference.

When you reported the replacement as damaged, we kindly requested photos of the damage to investigate and improve our service. Unfortunately, without this cooperation, we couldn't proceed with the investigation or replacement process as you refused to send us photos of the damage. As our products are custom-made, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds, but we are always more than happy to replace damaged items, which we offered in your case.

We also want to address your concern about our reviews. We remain a transparent business, showcasing both positive and negative reviews, and addressing concerns publicly. As a growing small business, we strive to improve continually and take all feedback seriously.

We truly regret any frustration or inconvenience caused

This company gave blocked me on…

This company gave blocked me on Instagram after sending messages chasing my order. I paid £75 for my prints and £12 for next day deliver. Still no sign. Must be a scam.

Regarding your comments, we had to remove you from our social media due to the threatening manner in which you were contacting us. We prioritize the well-being of our staff and cannot tolerate abusive behavior.

As for your order, we can confirm that it was dispatched and delivered with next-day delivery as requested. The tracking information, which includes photographic evidence, shows that you received the parcel on time. Although you filed a chargeback, we successfully contested it, and the evidence supported our case.

We're deeply disheartened by your accusation of being a scam, especially considering the circumstances. Furthermore, it's worth noting that you have ordered more prints from us since this incident, indicating your satisfaction with our products.

Empty box delivered and no way to talk to anyone

I am really dismayed at this company, simply that you just can't talk to someone. I placed an order 10 days ago and paid for express delivery in time for a birthday tomorrow, 7th December. It should have been delivered yesterday but instead, all I got delivered, express by DPD was an empty box. It was simply folded and not sealed on either end (no tape had ever been applied) and was delivered to me. DPD took the box away. You know I get it that mistakes happen - that's ok, but it's how you resolve it when they do that matters. When you go on the website you will see the only way to contact them is to email or go onto their social platform, there is no chatbot and no phone number to speak to anyone. I sent an email straight away at 10:43 am firstly complaining that it was difficult to contact someone and then highlighting the issue. The response came at 15:44 pm telling me there are numerous ways I can get in touch and that email is the quickest route anyway - not so quick I think as a phone call or from their perspective as good for customer service. They said they would arrange for another to be sent and that I would get a tracking notice (still have not had one). I paid over £100 for this print and call me old fashioned but if there is an issue then I expect to be able to sort it out quickly and talking is always the best way. I don't know how you can operate a business in this way.

Update! 24th July 2024 I received a reply to my complaint from December 2022!! Don’t know how you guys are still in business!

We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify that we do have multiple ways for customers to reach us, including an online live chat, a dedicated "Contact Us" page, and an online contact form that directly emails us.

Regarding the empty box, we want to assure you that we would never intentionally send an empty package. It must have been lost during transit by DPD. In such cases, we would, of course, send an express reprint to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
