The best inspired parfums I have tried they are long lasting and smell like the real deal, I have bought about 7 bottles from the parfum edit and need to say I have not been disappointed by any of them and is very hard to pick a favourite one as they are all lush , services is very quick and if you want you can pick them up Will be purchasing more , give them a try you will be amazed

We’re sorry to hear that the fragrance did not meet your expectations. We can see that only one item was ordered, and this is actually one of our best-selling perfumes, which is typically very well received.
As advised, perfumes can be affected by temperature changes during transit. We always recommend allowing the fragrance to settle at room temperature for a few hours (ideally overnight) before assessing the scent, as this can significantly improve how it performs.
We’re sorry that you didn’t reach out to us directly, as we would have been more than happy to assist. You are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the product (excluding postage), provided it is sent back to us.

Excellent customer service. Fixed an error on behalf of Royal Mail, who delivered my package to the wrong address. I was sent another one and received it within a week. The customer service team I contacted was exceptional, kind and helpful. I will definitely be ordering again

Customer service was excellent from start to finish... friendly, helpful, and efficient.
