The boxes each month are AMAZING, I really love the shirts, I get to wear a different Wifu everyday, and my Scale figure collection is awesome, the seasonal items are amazing too

All the items are great come in great conditions the figure box bent alittle but the figure itself is fine so I'm not worried about that great items amazing cards shirts coins whatever even the art i love ever bit would recommend to others and will keep buying.

Honestly they were pretty great for a time, being in the USA I just refuse to pay a tariff surcharge which was added to my bill this month.

The Otaku Box it’s more like a mystery box evenly you know three items. The rest of it is a mystery and that what makes it interesting. every month it’s a new box.

Worth my money and more, I truly love to see what my monthly box will come with and after 2yrs of using this service I have NOT ONCE been disappointed. I highly recommend this for the collector of Anime.

I’ve been enjoying their content for many years. One of my favorite things are the collectible cards. Also, there are many figurines they throw in the box. They use one of a kind fan art and designs.

I love the seasonel change with what co.es in our boxes and there always on time sometimes get bonus items as a just because I have cups hats bags coaster key chains never know what you will get I love that I do wish we were still getting full body art t shirts though but the other then that otaku 4 lyf 🫠😊

This box is good, but could be great.

First of the whole idea of this box when it first started was "Ecchi option". It was taken away with no warning and no adjustments. That in itself is not great customer service. I have received some damaged items and the were replaced no real problems. That is good customer service. I order a item separately 2 times. The first one no matter how many times I emailed the problem it never seemed to get resolved. The 2nd order fixed the first order, some how, and was exactly like ordered.

The figures started off kind cheap looking, but they have got much better. I do still have rare issues with how they work on thier stands/platforms.

There is no mystery, what you see is what you get.
As of now that is:
1 collector card
1 cloth poster
1 figure (With upgrade)
1 T-shirt (With upgrade)
1 metal card
A few other sorted items

Again, this is a good box. But there is something missing to make it great...

I've been a customer for Otaku box for well over a year now. I really look forward to my box of goodies each month. I can say with certainty that the quality of the items I get has steadily improving since I first started. Definitely enjoy my boxes and i am going to be sticking around for as long as I can afford it.

Great and wide selection of merchandise in every box.

Would be 5 star but all uncensored items were faulted for all us customers without notice, and the price wasn’t adjusted to fit censored subscription prices.emailed support multiple times about it…. Never got response. Also my subscription prices increased also without notice😔.
