I have always had great confidence in dealing with Theory 11.
The support staff has always been very professional, prompt, and willing to help in any way if necessary.
I recommend purchasing any product deck or otherwise on the website without fear or worry.

I ordered the car vanishing trick and it was defective. They quickly sent a replacement, but it had the same defect.

Customer service/support was very helpful in resolving my issue with a damaged product. They responded quickly and were very polite and professional.

High quality jigsaw puzzle. Thick pieces that fit together very well.
I plan to buy another puzzle

I'm a long-term customer and fan of Theory11, but for the first time ever I had a significant problem with part of an order.

It turns out Theory11's excellence in design and (typically) quality extends to their customer service. I went from being upset and disappointed about part of a product to being so impressed with how they handled it that I think I'm an even bigger fan of theirs than I was before, despite having had a problem!

Hats off to Mandy and the customer service team at Theory11!

I reached out inquiring about an order I placed. I initially received an email with my order info, but it did not indicate shipping info or date I might receive my decks. I reached out by replying to the email I received, and received a quick response. It was very polite and provided all the information I needed. Great service!

Mandy was able to resolve my issue which was partially caused by the shipper. I am ecstatic about her ability to fix my problem and make me a very happy customer.

I am deeply impressed with this company’s customer service and with the quality of their products. They shipped my order faster than I had thought possible. Three days later, when I contacted them because the post office had reported it as delivered—but it was nowhere to be found—I was amazed by their rapid response, kindness, and willingness to help. (Our postman had left the package at the wrong address.) Once I received the item, I was elated that it actually exceeded my high expectations. I will definitely be ordering from Theory11 again.

Honesty!!! My order was taking longer than normal, to even get a email!! So I emailed them. Mandy Laterveer was honest with me!! Our conversation is will keep private, but there were no lies, no deception, just pure honesty, and I respect the hell out of that!!!!
