Still waiting for another from the beginning of December.. shocking customer service.. when I write an email they just keep asking for the order number which I provide, they then apologise for the delay and this cycle just repeats with every email. I have asked for a refund, they ask why, I tell them then they return to asking for my order number again. Still waiting!

i am trying to return a pair of trainers and there email address on contact us is bouncing back, i have sent 5 emails now with no response. I would not use this site at all, customer service is terrible. I will now raise with the credit card company. Please do not use this website.

Scam - beware! I fell for it, product ordered 9/30, its Dec and still no product. All of a sudden, my tracking info disappeared, the website link stopped working and there is no recourse.

Very unsafe site, someone took all my card info, house address / name and charged me for a pair of uggs 450shek which the original website cannot track. I am doing a charge back through the bank

I had an amazing experience on this site. I was ordering Versace bag and was communicating with supporting team few times and they were explaining everything really good and helpful. Package was send fast too. The bag was in wonderful state and looked even better than on site, all the information there was truthful.

I don’t recommend this company. I had very bad experience while negotiating with it. Manager told me that my bag was sold and the date when I had to receive my money , but after two weeks I didn’t get it. Now, manager tells me that the selling was the another date, but I have chat with him. I asked their boss contact for solving this problem, but it’s impossible too. I didn’t have any call and nobody replied to me. I don’t recommend to sell your things on this platform. Bad service

I wrote them an email and also on instagram and nobody answered me back so I think they are just a fake company. Fortunately I didn’t buy anything but I wanted and I was going to buy something if the would respond me back. So my advice is not to buy anything from them.
