DO NOT give them your money!!

I ordered four puzzles in the first week of November 2020, spending over a hundred dollars. Though I understood everyone is facing delays due to COVID, they expected six weeks before shipping - which seemed extreme compared to all the other companies I have purchased from, but I understood. After eight to nine weeks, I had not even heard from them regarding a shipment so I emailed them. I received an automated response. I emailed again after ten weeks saying that I would begin putting negative reviews and complaints if someone did not respond to me. After another week, I received shipment notification. The link for the tracking they sent is also garbage - and notes that the label has created but that this does not indicate that USPS has actually received anything yet. This status has been the same since the second week of January and it is not mid-February.
This business should be shut down and not allowed to run. Once I decided to put this review in, it seems that there are dozens of other complaints and poor reviews expressing the same concerns. They are scamming people. It is not right and during this time where people are facing financial difficulties and simultaneously relying so heavily on online purchasing, this so-called business should not be permitted to remain up to catch more hard-working honest customers and cheat them.
DO NOT purchase from them. You will be wasting money. At the very best, you will wait over six months to receive any item, you will get poor to zero customer service, and from what I’ve read on all the hundreds of other complaints and bad reviews I found on the Better Business Bureau once I began putting my own complaint in - if you do receive the puzzles, they will be super poor quality anyway. Let’s see if I even reach that privilege if these items ever come.

Only received half of jigsaw puzzle order

On May 19,2020, I ordered 2 puzzles from The Original Puzzle.com.
I'd received 1 puzzle on July 22,2020, and have not received the second puzzle??
The phone number given is not-in-service constantly and email only states it has too many emails,will ship soon. :-(
Very angry and upset with company, will never order again.will lodge complaint with Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office.

After almost 5 months I still have not…

After almost 5 months I still have not received my puzzles. I tried canceling the order multiple times. They are now claiming to have shipped it but the tracking number is invalid. My credit card was charged immediately upon ordering the items. I have emailed 5 times and get a generic response if I hear back at all. They billed me under "Magic Toy Truck". This company is a total scam. Do NOT buy from them.

SLOWEST DELIVERY EVER!

I ordered my puzzle in March and it FINALLY arrived in JULY! The puzzle is sub-par. Puzzles usually arrive in a box with the picture on it. This one came in a plain white box with a print of the picture on plain white paper. This company took advantage of the increased demand for puzzles during the pandemic. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Iplaced an order on April 14, 2020. I recieved an email that the order shipped on May 5, 2020. It is July 6th and I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT. I have emailed them 5 or 6 times and all I receive in response is an email saying it was shipped. No apologies, no offer to cancel or make up for the inconvenience. The puzzle was a gift for a family member who's birthday was in June. I had to buy another gift.

I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
