I returned an Oodie the day I received it

I returned an Oodie the day I received it. It was clearly in a used condition:
-bobbling on sleeve (indication of used)
-fleeced layer signs of washing and looked old and smelt used
- the neck tag was worn out
-detached sales tag, twisted ribbon and poor packaging

I returned this with a note asking for delivery costs refunded as well. I am frustrated that an item like this can pass quality control. Now I have not been refunded my postage and Oodie policy of not refunded postage is overridden by the consumer act. As a consumer I am entitled to a full refund, including postage for faulty items.

I am just shocked how this could have been put back into stock for resale.

The remaining portion of your refund - specifically the shipping charges - was processed on Friday. Depending on your bank, it may take a short time to appear on your statement, but it has been completed on our end. We’re also addressing how this item made it past our quality control checks so this doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us improve.

Worth the wait!

Waited a few weeks for the bigger size of my chosen oodie to be back in stock.

Arrived with no issues less than a week after I'd placed the order.

It's absolutely beautiful, a very generous fit and cozy too!
Will definitely re order when I want to treat myself again

We love OODIE

We love OODIE. I wear my sweater everyday to walk my dog and get many compliments. We have all had an OODIE sweater for 4 years and they wash up and still look new. Just purchased the sleep shirt for my daughter for her birthday. I know she will love them. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company for their quality, customer service and fast shipping. Plus it’s a Canadian company!

A fantastic service from start to…

A fantastic service from start to finish.
I love these coats, its my second one, I would highly recommend for comfort.
I love the slippers too, fantastic fit, after years of trying other brands, which are too big ir uncomfortable. I would highly recommend the slippers.

Poor quality second time around

Bought one Oodie, which was such great quality I bought another. Quality not as good on this one. Saw a post on Facebook and responded that I too thought the quality of some items left a lot to be desired. I received a response to that message from someone purporting to represent Oodie asking me to contact Oodie, which I did and I’ve still NOT received a response to that message. I wouldn’t buy another if this is how they treat customers, as these items are not “cheap”!

***** UPDATE *****
The Oodie have responded to this post that they’ve sent me two emails: one of which “bounced back”; and the other which was successfully delivered. Well, I’ve no idea to whom this message has been sent as I’ve checked spam, bin and anywhere else and I can confirm I’ve NOT received any message from The Oodie! In my opinion they’re trying to make me look bad for their failures.

Delivery was quick. Unfortunately the night gown has pilled after the first wear. Very disappointing given the cost

Poor quality and poor service!

I have again had another quality issue with this company’s products. After just two washes at the suggested settings the very expensive pyjamas I purchased are completely discoloured.
When I emailed them there was no apology just told to log onto their return portal.
It took 4 months to get my refund process last time so god knows what it will be this time.
This company sells low quality products and then spends months not giving you your money.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Excellent customer service

I made an order and Royal Mail lost my parcel. I should have put lost in inverted commas because we all know what it means. However customer service at Ooddie have been excellent and I now have a new order winging its way to me. I have kept up to date as soon as I reached out to customer service. It’s Royal Mail that needs a kick up the bum.

Raynauds and always cold

I suffer from Raynaud’s and am constantly cold and needing a bath to warm back up - fell in LOVE with my lounge set. Never managed to get warm and stay warm till now. I am living in my cozy set - so much so that I was treated to another set for valentines 💝

Super Customer Care & Support

I messaged with a delivery issue I was having and received a super quick response from one of The Oodie online Customer Service Advisors. She was very helpful, supportive and kind. She was very apologetic and worked quickly to resolve the issue. It was so refreshing to receive such great Customer Service, which sadly can often be lacking in this day and age. I would definitely shop with The Oodie again!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, very responsive and friendly when I had questions regarding sizing and returns, the whole process was smooth and easy.

Regarding sizing of the lounge wear I’m an Australian size 8-10 top and size 10 bottom, height 160 cm - the S/M for top and bottom are perfect fits.

Regarding quality I love my onesie of many years and take good care of it, keeps me warm enough to not need heating in the midst of winter. Looking forward to seeing if loungewear also stands the test of time.

Would love to see Oodie do dog onesies for big dogs!

I ordered the s/m and the arms are so…

I ordered the s/m and the arms are so short I had to exchange and get the L/XL and the arms are still quite small for the sizing , I'm a XS/S USUALLY!
The fabric is lovely and thick if you're thinking of buying size up 10000%

Very poor quality garment

Very poor quality garment. Arrived with a hole in it. Sizing was off! Had to buy my small lurcher an xxl and it didn’t fit! The dog in the picture advertised is much larger. So at £35 the item is overpriced.

Order never came

I ordered a oddie at the start of the month and it still hasnt been delivered. This is after i have messaged about seeing whats happening and instead of finding my order or shipping a new one they send me a link saying i should have paid for package protection to prevent it getting lost. Honestly disapppinted in thr servoce.
