First time order, never received a confirmation email.
Have emailed twice to get my order number and invoice as funds have been taken from my bank account.
No response from customer service.
In limbo and don't know if or when I will get my order

The website was easy to navigate. The products' purpose were clearly explained. I got a 20% discount also on very good quality supplements that come highly recommended.

Very disappointed with this company as I was conned into getting a "free" bottle of Turmeric and actually paid twice for it. Had to get Paypal to get me a refund. When the order did arrive, the pills were expiring September 2025 so can't even use them. I would avoid at all costs

First order good-Second order terrible-My first order with Theonia went ok, the product took time to come but when it arrived both myself and my husband were pleased with the results Collagen Complex had given us. Less aches and pains, better sleep. However. My second order did not turn up for weeks, Eventually I was given a refund then weeks later the product arrived. I tried it again as my last order had just finished. Both mine and my husbands symptoms returned within 3 weeks, aches and pains despite taking the same product. Very strange, now on an alternative product from a different supplier and starting to feel better. Disappointed as I was so pleased with the first batch.

Really great quality product's, since I started taking them I have more energy and less brain fog etc I've just ordered another few item's and will continue to do so. They are well packed and the delivery is very fast. But I think the quality is what makes it, it's important to know that you are happy with your products and that they work! I've seen reviews on many sites that say, great or fast delivery but nothing about the actual product which is very unhelpful. I also want to mention there is great communication from the owner, they are always on hand to help you 24/7 and to advise you and your needs. Highly recommended!

Everything worked fine with order and delivery. I’m taking the magnesium and turmeric supplements for almost 4 weeks now and I’m really sleeping better and my tendon problem has disappeared. I’m very surprised how well these supplements work! Definitely buy them again!
