One Glove have always provided excellent service and top quality products. When reordering this time I chose the wrong size and was late returning them. Shannon was an absolute star, gave full instructions on what to do, located the return despite it going to the wrong place, and ensured that the right size was sent out. She was extremely helpful and efficient.

We did carefully review the photos you shared with our support team. The small mark visible in the centre of the palm isn’t a fault or damage present when the gloves were manufactured or dispatched. It’s a minor surface pinch that can occasionally occur when the protective plastic film is removed from very soft, premium latex.
This type of latex is designed to prioritise grip, which does mean it’s more delicate by nature.
This mark doesn’t affect the glove’s grip, performance, or expected lifespan, and it will be replaced by normal wear once the gloves are used. It is also not possible for the glove to have arrived with this chunk missing, as the latex is poured wet and a protective covering is laid over the surface while it sets, which results in a smooth, level finish.
The uneven surface of the mark which is visible in your images indicates the latex was pinched after delivery, either during or after removal of the protective covering. For this reason, the gloves don’t qualify for a refund or replacement.
Our team explained this in detail and offered guidance on palm care, along with a goodwill discount as a gesture to acknowledge your disappointment, not because the gloves were faulty. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.

Do not buy.
2 quick goes in the garden on christmas day and the latex came off on the fingers and palm, not even used in matches. Customer service weren't helpful, in some communication implying it was my sons fault due to being 'caught or pinched' no refunds or exchanges, often just repeating themselves and comparing the glove to a racing car tyre analigy. Changing the definition or meanings of their words as it suits them.
Facebook clips are misleading, endorsed by a youtuber for some clever marketing. waste of money and they are just disappointing a lot of children. The money is worth more to them than your satisfaction.

We did take the time to review the images you shared and look carefully at the condition of the gloves. Based on that review, the wear shown was consistent with normal surface wear on soft, professional-grade goalkeeper latex rather than a manufacturing fault. At no point was responsibility placed on your son. Our explanations were intended only to describe how this type of latex behaves across all goalkeeper glove brands.
When a genuine fault is identified, we always refund or replace the item, and many of our reviews reflect that. In this instance, the gloves were assessed as performing as intended, which is why we weren’t able to offer a refund or exchange.
All of our social content uses standard retail gloves taken directly from stock, and any demonstrations are intended to show the gloves in use rather than guarantee a specific look or feel out of the packet. Different models and latex types can present differently, particularly in short video clips.
We completely understand how disappointing this has been and are sorry we couldn’t reach an outcome you were happy with. Your feedback has been noted and will help inform how we communicate these points more clearly going forward.

Brought some gloves for my son for xmas and they were coming apart at the seam. I contacted via email and i have a replacement being sent out. Shanon, Kallie and the team have been great at advising me on which gloves wood suit my needs best, from fit and size to grip. They’ve been so helpful in swapping any gloves over that weren’t quite right and expediting orders where
Needed. It’s made the whole experience seem less! I’ve never spent a huge deal on gloves before, because I’ve always been an outfield player. But I’m playing in goal more and more and loving it, so I thought why not get something better. And boy are these gloves good! But the service is better!!! That’s going to make me come back again and again!

I would highly recommend The One Glove
I would highly recommend The One Glove. The customer service has been exceptional, especially Shannon. The gloves I ordered (first time user) for my son were too small. Shannon advised and really helped us get the best fit and resolution. I have a very happy 11 year old goalkeeper now!

Excellent goalie gloves with excellent customer service!
This is the second time I bought a pair of goalkeeping gloves from this site and again I am not disappointed. This time the ones I ordered turned to be a bit to small and since I made this purchase just over 30 days ago, with an intention to gift them for Christmas, I was a bit worried I will not be able to exchange the product. I contacted ONE GLOVE over email and a lovely lady called Shannon was super helpful and agreed for me to send them back and swap them for a bigger size. I couldn't be more happy with the service received and will definitely use their shop again as my daughter absolutely adore their products.

Best gloves for this price
Best gloves for this price. Daughter has tried many brands up to £100. These wear great and keep their wet grip. Washing them and using the old ones as a training pair means 2 pair per season, better than 4 pair with other brands.
I ordered the wrong size, my error. Shannon in customer service legend, helped out with the return.
