I think the website theomm.com it is a scam. I made an order three weeks ago, they made a withdrawal on my bank account and I haven’t heard anything since. I have reached out via mail and the official support tab on their website.
I've had their Halo Jacket for around 3 years now, and it's one of the biggest wastes of money in my running kit. It's not breathable at all- every time I wear it I end up with soaking wet arms from sweat getting trapped below the nylon.
