Ordered some folders March 2024, only sent half the order, despite my numerous phone calls, i never received a refund or the folders. Please do not buy from this company, i know i only lost £5 but i see from Trustpilot that others have had similar experiences. I also note that the company does not respond to the reveiws on Trustpilot either which indicates poorer customer service.

I purchased £200 worth of printer inks from this company in June 2024 and did not receive them. They have not responded at all to my emails asking first for the inks and a delivery update and then 6 months later for a full refund! Appalling service and thieves! Beware.

Worst online experience ever
I purchased a desk and a chair online back in July (it is now October). Unfortunately I did not read the description of good carefully enough, and did not notice that they do not keep stock on hand and there would be a 2 month wait for my goods to enter the country. After much waiting, I was advised that the desk was damaged in transit and that I would have to wait another 2 months to receive a new desk, however they could still send me my chair. after at least a dozen emails back and forth, no chair, they are still asking me if I would like them to send it after agreeing to a refund for the desk only and shipment of the chair. Weeks later, still no chair and no refund.

Waited 6 months for the product. No communication. Finally they tell me it’s arrived but damaged. They said I could swap it for something else but at my cost

Avoid

Placed an order on the 7th June - chased on the 14th june as the status was till unprocessed. Had an email back claiming a technical issue and stating a full refund would be issued.
No Refund received chased on the 15th July and the 22nd August - still no refund and now the company have taken down their website!

If I could give zero stars I would horrible company to deal with. Happy to take your money and fill you with hope and false promises. I have waited 3 months for a pool table to be delivered. The response I get is (here is a discount code) for future orders. Over my dead body would I order anything from these people. I'm starting legal proceedings just to get my money back. Just an update, Lily from customer service has given me the run around I have asked for a full refund and still nothing false promises again. I paid $1800 in May for this product.

I paid for a roll of paper table covering (approx £27) 6 weeks ago and it never arrived. It was for my mum's 90th birthday party which is today, so I had to get a roll from somewhere else.
I emailed the Office Place but got no reply and no reimbursement. I think they've gone out of business. Don't use them.

Similar experience to previous recent reviews - I've parted with £180, had no product delivered and can confirm that they're not answering emails or the phone, and the website's down.

They took my order online on 21/06/24. I have paid £17.16 for an A4 diary. This has never arrived and their website has been down for days now. They do not respond to my emails. I am now informing Action Fraud and my bank. Avoid!!!

I suspect this company has gone bust as all of the most recent reviews seem to have had the same issue as I have. I placed an order for over £100 worth of paper, two weeks on and nothing was delivered so I chased it up and the man I spoke to said it was on a back order and he would look into it then get back to me. Low and behold he never contacted me again and now when you ring you can’t speak to anyone and their website is down. Pretty disgusting that they’re happy to take your money when they would have known they couldn’t fulfill the orders.

Payed for express delivery on 11th June, I'm still waiting for my item on the 18th. No tracking numbers provided after being promised them.
I was told delivery was failed by one ember of staff and then that, that was not the case by another. Communication is terrible they replied to one email then ignored my questions in the reply. I have to call for updates but I'm starting to believe I won't receive my item despite paying £8 for delivery.

Ordered some Water bottles on 6/6/24 for next day delivery, called the company on 13/6/24 as I'd not received my order, was told that the order had to be replaced and that someone would contact me with more information. 24 hours later and no contact from the company I called again and was told that the order had been picked and would be with me by monday 17th June, and that i would get a call with a 2 hour delivery window. 18/6/24 I have no water or a call from the company, called the company back to be told the plastic Harrogate water bottles has been "smashed" whilst on route to be delivered to me and that they would have to cancel the order and refund the money.... whilst waiting for my delivery i received a request to leave a review, so sorry I wouldn't recommend or use again!

Ordered a ring binder folder over a week ago, asked for confirmation of despatch, nothing received, item still hasn’t arrived, hence I will not be using this company again

Quick turnaround, competitive pricing is mentioned on the website.
Well after paying £7.95 next day postage, I’m still waiting for my item 4 days later! You can find these items cheaper elsewhere.
I only used this company as they had the colour files I wanted, otherwise I would have just used Staples.co.uk
Customer service seems to be a one man band, who doesn’t really have a clue what’s going on!
No tracking number, doesn’t know what courier company are delivery my items - Nothing!
First and last time using this company, not very professional! Can’t get the basics right.
And all this and they are a smidge more expensive than the bigger companies.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order.
I've made 3 polite attempt to inquire when will I receive my order and the company hasn't had the the courtesy to even reply to any of my messaged .
Very poor customer service and I will not use the Office website again and have requested a full refund ASAP

I havent recieved my order!
