Security here is violent. Captured on video threatening to beat up an Army Veteran on the public sidewalk. Just disgusting.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and very roomy. Fully furnished with everything we needed to set up house. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra week.

The staff is always available and knowledgeable for my needs, being a Sr. citizen. I always come back!!

In the past the place has been pristine and the rooms well kept and clean but our last view visits, whoever the maid service or maintenance people are it has been a real let down. Cracks in the walls, dust on frames and ceiling fan blades and a moldy baby bottle behind the couch. Also when staying we had easy access to sauna and steam rooms but last few years we had to walk to the security shack to borrow a key if after 5pm. Sad.

We have been vacationing at Ocean Gallery for almost 40 years and its STILL our FAVORITE vacation spot!

Our family has stayed at Ocean Gallery for the last four Thanksgivings. Its the only time during the year we all get together. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. There is so much to
do there and the staff is terrific.

We have been utilizing O.G. for years now and have NEVER incurred a problem without the staff's immediate and satisfactory help. Even through 2 hurricanes. Their co-operation was always timely and satisfactory. The reason we keep coming back.Properties are clean, secure and well maintained. They still look and feel brand new.

The condos, we’ve been in five different ones, have always been well arranged and extremely comfortable. The grounds are well-kept, the pools are fantastic, and the beach is beautiful. I can not recommend Ocean Gallery highly enough!

We’ve been here for 2 months due to our house repair. We chose OG because we lived here several years ago and it felt like we were home.... that’s how much I miss this place. All is still the same - maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner grounds are immaculate as it was 18 years ago. So happy to be here.

We have always loved Ocean Gallery and have stayed there many times over the years. If I have one criticism, it would be with housekeeping. I realize that summer rentals are very busy, but they could do better. For example, in our rental last summer we found a half empty bottle or Gatorade behind a throw pillow on the sofa. This was in a Gold unit. Also have found items under the beds in the past ( potato chip bags and coke bottles. ) I’m sure they will try harder.

The unit needed updated. We had tons of ants and something was wrong with the washer.

We’ve been coming there almost 30 years. This was the first time we were disappointed!!

We have been vacationing at Ocean Gallery for 23 years. It is our home on the beach. The accommodations are excellent. Truly a family oriented vacation spot. We would not consider any other rental property.

I love the Ocean Gallery. I have been coming to Saint Augustine for 30 years, and staying at the Ocean Gallery for 25 of them. Great accommodations, beautiful grounds and helpful staff. I think the only weak link is your website. It’s good, but it could be much better.

It has been a while since we’ve been here but we love it so much and we will keep coming back. Everyone is so nice and the property is kept up very well and it’s so close to the beach! Great location!

The staff and amenities of the property are great. We will be coming again in Jan for 3 months. We were a little disappointed with the sofa, in particular, with our unit last year. It was a gold unit and expectation would be to have more comfortable area to sit. This is especially true when you stay for an extended time.

The staff was helpful in accommodating us on getting another unit in the same general area.

Love the Ocean Gallery. We’ve gone there annually for many years. It’s by far, the best resort in the area.

Have had good experiences but have also had some issues with conditions in the units, ( ants, broken shower glass, noise )
Overall we like the facility management is friendly and helpful.
I would like to see management honor discounts or specials that come up after you book your reservation but before you arrive.
