Non existent delivery options
I bought an item in their sale and received an email from Yodel advising they were waiting for the item from North Face. They also said that they could not deliver to my usual safe place as North Face would not let them and they had to deliver to me and get a signature. I emailed North Face and they were not interested in getting Yodel to deliver to my safe place.
This is the only Company I have bought from that does not allow the delivery company to offer options.
This is the last time I will buy from them

I bought hiking boots with Gore-Tex in New York, but within a week a hole appeared in the seam. After contacting customer support (first in the USA, who then redirected me to the Netherlands), I was told I could return them — but that’s when the trouble started.
Instead of sending me the same boots back, they offered me a different pair, without Gore-Tex. Obviously, I didn’t want that. I just wanted my original boots. Then they offered me yet another pair, again without Gore-Tex.
After numerous emails (they don’t do phone calls), I suddenly received a voucher for the purchase amount and was told to spend it within a month. Even though they had stated in a separate email I would receive a refund. I don’t consider that a refund.
On top of that, I then had to pay extra to buy back “my own” Gore-Tex boots. Ridiculous.
The North Face has lost its compass
I bought The North Face Women's Stormgap Power Grid Jacket online, when I received it I discovered it was manufactured incorrectly - with a flaw on the arm. I returned it the 3 days after I received it using their designated UPS returns, they received it 2 days later and it took them a further 16 days to process a refund, that was 33 days from order to refund. I then ordered another 1 week after I received the refund and when I received this one it had the exact same flaw. This one will be returned today. 2 issues: first why does it take 33 days to arrange a refund? Secondly; where is their quality control when the flaw is so obvious it should never have left factory let alone left the warehouse! This second purchase will be returned but I shall never order any North Face item again. Sad really because The North Face has been my go to brand for decades.
Fantastic customer support
To be honest, I can understand peoples frustrations a little bit however the customer service support I’ve had has been absolutely brilliant with a lady called Selin-i’ve quite a few teething problems and she was more than willing to be efficient and helpful with the problems and resolving them without hesitation .
I’m giving the five stars for the customer support however the people who pick the products at the warehouse need to read the orders properly as they are causing inconvenience by picking the wrong sizes a couple of occasions now.
But Selin has been more than supportive may she continue the good work🇬🇧👊🏻👍🏻

I ordered a coat before Christmas which didn't turn up. North Face had sent it to Yodel but surprise, surprise it went missing. Not the company's fault.
When I rang the North Face I always got a person to speak to and they did try to sort it out. I lost patience with the parcel delivery after two weeks - it had never left the first distribution point. North Face gave me a refund without argument and emailed me regularly. Martina was very helpful (thank you). So for customer services, I had a good experience and found them to be very helpful and polite.
Told ASOS the wrong information so I never received a refund
Purchased a North Face hat and gloves from ASOS, Yodel delivered them to the wrong house and I never received them. I told ASOS about this and they informed me that North Face confirmed it was delivered to my house so they would not be processing me a refund. I explained to them multiple times this wasn’t the case and that I paid for a product which I never received. How can The North Face confirm it has been delivered to my house, when it wasn’t? I’m sick and tired in going back and forth with these company’s and will never be using there services again when a parcel cannot be simply delivered to your house.

I’ve been dealing with The North Face…
I’ve been dealing with The North Face customer service for almost 2 months, and it has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a brand. My jacket started leaking in the rain, so I sent it in under warranty. They replaced it with a jacket that looked almost identical but was missing the thumb holes — my mistake for not noticing.
Since then, I’ve been trying to get the proper replacement, and the process has been unbelievably difficult. Nearly 30 emails later, every reasonable solution I offered was refused — including three different jacket options (one cheaper, one the same price, and one I even offered to pay extra for).
Instead, they keep pushing a jacket that looks nothing like mine — wrong color, wrong weight, wrong style, not lightweight at all. Every request to speak to a manager or supervisor has been ignored.
I have full proof of everything: pictures, emails, and documentation. All I’m asking for is a jacket similar to the one I originally bought. After weeks of effort, I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.
Very poor quality wool products.
Such poor customer service services and warranty have just been told my hat that is full of loose threads is mechanical fault but this means me pulling hat onto my head sent pictures of hat so poor quality as evidence shows but threads do loose when you pull on every time more threads come loose so beware double layered soft wool beanie from TNF.
No one to talk to here!
I bought a jacket, it arrived in two days. Then I returned it, it took a week to arrive! Then 2 weeks passed, and nothing! I try to contact through the chat, they end the conversation or they say it will be processed.
I could not wait any longer, then opened a case on Paypal. Still nothing after a week. I escalated the case, and after 1 or 2 weeks, I got my refund back. THANK YOU PAYPAL! Thenorthface.nl just did not even reply back, I could buy something and get the money back via Paypal again because probably there is no one working at their site. What a disaster. Hopefully the second item I bought was perfect, and did not have to return it.
If there is no other option, and you are sure you wont return it, you can use it.
Another thing is, you pay 500 euros for a jacket then they send it in a useless paper wrapping. Not even a box.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Returned items and still a month later I haven't seen my money back.
Customer service is POOR, impossible to talk to a manager or get them to talk to their finance team "in the UK that no one can contact".

Poor customer journey
Poor customer service experience. The brand makes nice products, however the customer journey is one of the worst.
Repayment of returns takes way longer than communicated via the FAQ and if you want to speak to a customer service agent you only get to talk to the chat bot which is useless.
Would highly recommend to buy the products in the store or find another online shop.

North Face sells ski jackets, but is not a ski supplier brand. 1st too cold and 2nd no snaps to attach the ski snaps properly.

Terrible. I won’t buy it ever again. The North Face stole my money, never delivered, and never refunded me. The customer service doesn't reply.

Terrible service, it almost looks like a scam
I ordered a lot of things for my kids and me on the 21st of November. I payed for everything but the delivery was never made. After 1 week the order was canceled online, but I never got my money back. After calling several times with customer support they advice me to do the order again, this time without discount and they promise to return the original payment and the difference of the missed discount on the new order to me. It is now the 12th of December and I still have not received anything, not my order and not my money of the 2 orders I now made. Terrible service!
