The craftsmanship on the knife I ordered is quite good, and the design feels authentic. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and the packaging could have been sturdier. Overall, I like the... See more

I wasn’t sure about the sleeveless Viking top but it’s actually flattering. The neckline sits nicely and doesn’t stretch out.
The horn mug actually changed my evening routine a bit. Sounds dramatic but it did. There’s something about holding something solid and organic instead of glass. It makes small moments feel intentional not rushed.
The carved wooden figure has tiny imperfections in the lines and that’s exactly why I love it. It feels human. Not factory smooth. It sits on my shelf and somehow makes the space feel warmer.
The belt surprised me by how natural it looks after a few wears. Its already forming character lines and thats exactly what i wanted.
I was nervous the tunic dress would hang awkwardly on me but it actually shapes nicely around the shoulders. It doesn’t cling weirdly at the waist either which I appreciate. The fabric has movement without feeling flimsy. I felt comfortable the entire evening.
I didn’t expect the raven necklace to become an everyday piece but it has. It’s subtle enough for daily wear but still has personality. The finish hasn’t dulled so far.
I grabbed the smaller axe pendant thinking it would be cute and subtle. It’s actually stronger in presence than cute. And I like that.
Horrible customer service and horrible overall experience. I had ordered a viking oath ring for so much more than they sell it off Ali Express. Upon realising this, and as my order had not even been shipped or dispatched, I had sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled. They refused to cancel it and the next working day, THEY SHIPPED IT OFF. I am now disputing this with my bank and will hope to return their package on its arrival.
I expect a full refund into my account. Should never have brought from you people in the first place.

Since making my previous review, my case has now been resolved, quickly.
Thank you for your quick response, I will be making a further purchase
Many thanks
Jayne knight.
The leather bracer feels thick and well made. After a few hours it started shaping to my arm.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Since you have not responded to my emails, I am trying this approach.
The axe is currently with customs. However, as I am unwilling to pay customs fees, please inform the sender, DHL, and Klarna that I have withdrawn from the purchase contract.
As I have already informed you twice, within the legally prescribed period, I am withdrawing from the purchase contract for online orders within the 14-day period stipulated by Austrian law.
Accordingly, you are also responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to the sender. I have informed both Klarna and DHL Express. I simply request that you refund the full purchase price to Klarna.
Should you nevertheless attempt to charge me any costs, I would like to inform you that I will gladly seek legal assistance from the Austrian Consumer Protection Center and the Ombudsman's Office of the Austrian Chamber of Labor.
A response is appreciated.
Sincerely,
Wilfried Eberl

I laughed a bit when lifting the shield because it’s heavier than expected but in a good way. You can feel the layers of wood and the metal work feels authentic, not stamped or thin.

The Norse way is at best a rip-off company, at worst a scam. "Handmade" item sent to me with label stuck on saying "Made in China", cheap, disgusting items that they have the nerve to fraudulently describe as "art".
There is a UK return address on my package, but through email with The Norse Way, I've ben told I'm not allowed to return the overpriced junk back to the UK returns address they wrote on my parcel, No, I am only allowed to return the item by paying £20 to return the item to China and they've refused to reply to me since stating that.
I would love to know why I am not allowed to return my item to the UK return address you have provided me. Why is my only option to pay to return to a Chinese factory?
AVOID THIS COMPANY. DONT GET SCAMMED.
Order number: NW7998
This is a bitter sweet review as to start I was very unhappy with the quality of the item of clothing I had delivered and to get a refund I would have to return it to China (at my cost)... However after an email discussion with the company and a very helpful member of staff I arranged to have a small item of jewellery to a similar value as the clothing shipped free to a friend as a present.
This was the second item of jewellery I have bought and both have were good value/well made.

This company is a scam. Website states based in UK or Europe. This is a lie. They are drop shipping mass-produced junk from China and take approximately a month to send it to you. They will claim errors have made the shipping time longer, but its because theyre covering up for being based in China. Using YunExpress couriers who are also a scam

Quality is AWFUL.
The website is misleading - looks very nice, quality products, lovely.
Splurged on a Christmas gift for my husband. Looked like it could've been made in Shein Village. Feel conned out of £130. More Chinese crap.

Bought an axe and two hairpins. The hairpins are from Ali Express and sold at almost ten times the price.
The axe looks to be of good quality. But while i didn't really think it's made by Norwegian blacksmiths or anything, since the shipping policy says any customs charges are the customer's responsibility, the least you can do is be open about where its shipped from (Pakistan) so i know I'll pay almost double

I ordered a Christmas present for my other half, took weeks and weeks to be delivered and thank god I checked it on arrival and didn't just wrap it because it came and the case was covered in mould.
Won't be purchasing again, so much money for absolute heartbreak when it arrived.

Don't feed these kind of stores. If they don't list their address and present the manufacturer, it is just a scam like everywhere. Cheap chinese crap sold for big money. No wonder a hand made knife from Poland (legit stuff) costs as much as a car.

Less than 1 star! An absolute DISGRACE, ordered a cloak with a certain lining…. What arrived can only be described as a long black napkin! Have emailed 4 times at this stage with ZERO reply as I just want a smooth return transition…..
Please note the website says they will refund store credit….. why would I want to allow such shallow shoddy paper thin quality to steal my HARD EARNED WAGES???? My father won’t have a Christmas gift….. want to return ASAP and have been trying to since Thursday and have followed all instructions because where “the item was sent from”…. “Is not the return address” apparently….. but I only have 14 days from the day of delivery to return……. And I’ve been trying to return from the second I felt the weight through the letter box….. for €80 of an individuals hard earned income….. where is the responsibility? I need the refund in order to purchase a different gift…… I’m so let down and have ZERO faith in this company and after 4 days of attempts to “make a return” I’m still left with a shitty napkin with a hood….. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY PREVIOUS EMAILS….
