Horrible product, not as advertised at all! Poor customer service as well. I will tell everyone I know about their poor product and business. I asked for a full refund and replied that I would have to ship back. No address provided. It would most likely cost me more in shipping than it costed them to make the product. Never buy from them!

The panties are supper small!
I ordered size medium based on their size charts. I received a few panties for a middle schooler!

They also scammed us at the checkout. I am very positive I declined their extra packages for 50% descount and declined everything else they offered. At the end, I saw they charged me for everything as if I said yes!!!
I emailed their only way of communication they shared, support at theninjabeauty.com, and never heard back for the super small kid size panties I received!

Not even 1 star do this company deserves. I’m so disappointed with your product it is nothing like you advertised! Please can I get my money back , I hope to hear from you asap.

Absolutely the worse. They have a record of adding to the order and then promising refund but never do. Do not trust this company. Tried many times for the refund but never happened

Yeah, I wish I had read these reviews before I put my order in also!!! Just like everyone else, ordered 1 thing and they billed me for 2 and it cost me $74‼️
Never received my order or a refund. Been back and forth w/them for 6 weeks and they just tell me to "be patient". It's okay, they have something coming their way 💯!

I recently ordered the beauty ninja Cemenrete Eye cream during their buy 1, get 1 free offer.  I then was billed for 2 jars at $26.99US each (instead of 2 for 1), which came to $88.99 in Canadian funds. When I contacted the company, I was told to "Be patient, your order is coming soon"!  To make matters worse, I received 2 jars of Cemenrete face cream, not the eye cream that I had ordered!!  I wanted to return these products for a full refund, but all the company said to me was, "You need to pay to ship it back."

Bought a buy one get one for 24.95 adn charged my paypal TWICE as much! 63$. No customer Service help. Unbelievable, and mad at myself for trusting this site!! SCAM!!

The size of the item received was not the size it said it was on their website. So having thought i ordered my correct size, I received it in a small size.
I sent an email to them and informed the person of the issue, and requested a full refund. Their reply was 'I'll have to pay for shipping fees" I also asked for a returns slip, and got no reply. So today, I attended the Post Office today to return the items, and was told that shipping would cost me £16.00. The items cost £19.00 with a total cost to buy at £25.00. Seems the (so called) company are deliberately out to scam people. Please do not buy from their website again. I think their front shop is called something completely different, and then on the shipping label there's a different company name on it called Li Bin. Definitely a business set up to con people. So I will get rid of the items, as its not cost effective for me to return the items, and even if i paid to return the items, I wouod not be guaranteed a refund because they also dont supply return labels.

As others have stated, offered a refund as I had ordered twice, thought it an accident on my part but now believe their order site is deliberately setup that way, and have never seen my money again despite several “reminder” emails! And to boot, product is rubbish! I would absolutely NEVER deal with this Company again!

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from them. Same thing happened to me. I purchased one on a buy one get one free offer and they charged my credit card for 2 and they said I must have hit the button twice. I did not. I complained to my credit card company and they took the amount of one off but I still haven't received the product and I'm wondering if I ever will. It's been over 2 weeks. I emailed theninjabeauty and they sent me a tracking number and when I clicked the link for the tracking number it said the tracking number was not found. Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this seller. I was charged 2 times for the item and then they immediately said, oh sorry maybe you hit the button twice. Then I asked from them to cancel my order and give me a full refund and they stopped replying.

This company is a fraud. They charged my PayPal account without my authorization and put thru a $67.71 order for buy 1 get 1 free and then tacked on a second order for something called colored clay under corrector. they sent me 1 set after my disputing this with PayPal and said they would in the beginning cancel the order and refund me the $67.71 which they never did. But PayPal believed them and closed my case they charged my cared 2-13-26 and declined it 3-21-26 in their favor

This is a scam company! Do not purchase from them. I placed a small order and was charged twice in addition to a $15.99 shipping charge. I ordered something for around 25.00 and was charged $67.00,twice I was promised a refund which i never received nor did I receive the original product I ordered.

How come PayPal is not protecting us??? I never ordered only shopped .. PayPal declined refund after my explanation… spent $ for 2 kits( $69.00) never authorized. Got one .. garbage not Laura Geller as advertised and was finally refunded 26.99 ???? We are not being protected and are being scammed!

This company is a SCAM. On their site I put one item in a cart but DID NOT PLACE ANY ORDER! To my surprise they charged me through pay pal (not authorized) and to make matters worse the charged was for more than double what was in the cart. Again- I did not authorize any purchase. I emailed them at a "support" email- and got no help. I have protested the charge.
Be careful- you don't even have to place an order to get burned.

Promised a refund but never sent it. Kept giving excuses like “you must wait for the item to be received because shipping company told me I can’t refund until then.”

I paid for buy 1, get 1 free but got charged for both PLUS $15.99 shipping! When I contacted them (immediately), I was told I would be getting a refund of half of what they charged within 24-72 hours. Of course I never got it. I filed a complaint/claim with PayPal. What a joke.

If I could leave a minus review I would. They are scammers. Do not buy from these people. They used photos and wording from the Laura Geller advertising so people would think they were buying Laura Geller products. Cheap knock offs is what you will get at twice the price advertised. When you confront them th
e claim they are issuing a credit to your credit card company, which they never do. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

This is a ZERO star. After reading the other complaints, there is no doubt this company is a complete scam. Same thing happened to me. I put items (BOGO + free shipping, supposedly) in my cart, and it submitted the order for two items (not BOGO) plus shipping for a total of $63.43. As soon as I got the "confirmation email", which looked pretty sketchy, I responded and told them to cancel it, but they did not cancel it. Many more emails. They promised a partial refund, which never happened. I finally received the package with both items and nothing is as advertised. The product is complete junk, and I'm so angry that they got almost $64.00 from me.

I bought one product but you took double that and more.You sent me a email telling me a refund is coming but have not seen it.
