Excellent service, which was unfortunately let down by our appalling Royal Mail service, 48 was actually 120H.

Apart from that Ben engaged with me to get the right software. Having been sent very clear instructions I went ahead and updated the mmi software.
Simple no flaws.
Only minuscule thing missing was an estimated time in the instructions.
I think in total took 30-35 mins running on the drive, not ideal on a V6 diesel but could be worse.

I would highly recommend these guys, excellent service, faultless installation.

Had purchased from Navman previously so happily went back for this little job (updating language, version and maps on my A4 B9 Avant). Job was tougher, failing first time. Got updated s/w from Ben which advanced the job but still not successful. Ben ultimately remoted into my PC, modded the code directly on the SD card, and talked me through the updates making changes into GEM on the fly. Ultimately 100% success, at about 2am New Zealand time :-) Tricky but Ben didn't hesitate to get the job finished successfully. Great customer service.

Software and 2024 Map update for 2016 Audi A5 went without a hitch. I was advised with a prompt email reply which version to order. I was terrified I would brick my MMI but it was a no hassle install. Any queries I had before hand were always answered within a day. Delivery was prompt and installation instructions could not be faulted as they take you through each step clearly and precisely. Thanks Ben for bringing my car up to date.

The SD cards for the Audi Maps and operating system updates arrived quickly and the instructions to update the system were well written and concise. I had a small issue with the install that Ben Weaving was able to assist me with immediately.
Before using TheNavMan is tried another company for this type of update and the difference was like chalk and cheese. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Incredible value. I saved $800 over going to the dealer to do software and map navigation updates. Even the instructions were perfect at some points saying that nothing will happen on the screen and you must be patient and wait. You have to follow the instructions exactly.

Initially they were a little hard to get a hold of but got me the software that was appropriate to my car year and version. I now have green menu access on my Audi.

Purchased for Audi Q2 the complete package for conversion from Japan to EU, Eu Maps and EU software.

I read the information very carefully and while i was doing it when it was a bit difficult i contacted the Navman customer service and they help me. Amazing After Sales Service and very fast. I recommend them. Even though they already had the money they answered 2,3 times the emails so i got the job done!

Customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Communication is quick and accurate and they work tirelessly to help. Had a slight version mismatch error and customer support sorted the issue for me. Firstly gave me detailed instructions to see if I could solve the problem then connected remotely to solve the issue. Product is as described.

The NavMan was there through the entire process.. assuring I got the right firmware for my Q2, helping track the order through customs, and in answering the couple of questions I had during the upgrade.
Although quite a technical process, the online instructions provided were very clear, step-by step, and well illustrated (screenshots).
My Q2 now has both the latest firmware and maps. I'm quite happy and will return regularly map database updates. Thanks.
