I have ordered the slimming tanks for my son for several years and he has been extremely satisfied with the quality of them. This is the first time I ever needed an exchange. This was no fault of the Natural Posture, but because I inadvertently ordered the wrong type of tank top. I contacted the company via the listed email and Stephanie was exceptional with helping me get the correct tank tops. My son could only find 2 of the 3 we ordered to return. Stephanie was so kind not to charge me for the extra tank top she mailed back to me in the correct fit. Their response was quick and the customer service was beyond fantastic . I plan to use them for many more years. Thank you for a great product and superb customer service.

I could not be more happy with my experience. Bought the wrong size and sent a message to see if I could switch it out. They got back to me within the first hour and sent me a shipping label to send it back. I received the replacement in short order, but it also did not fit. Contacted them again and offered to pay the shipping if I could get the right size. Received an email saying that they would take care of it again. The right size arrived today and it fits great! Pulls my shoulders back like it is supposed to in order to fix my posture. Highly recommend!!

The Natural Posture is a great help for anyone who would appreciate having your back straightened , but in a non-vise-like way. So comfortable and effective,The Natural Posture is made without any hard 'stays' , and it breathes,the fabric itself is light.. the garment is well made ..it is like a little harness that fastens in the front, under my bra, by hook and eye (with three different choices of snugness). I buy mine in the tan which I can wear with my white tshirts and white tops.. I bought my first one in 2018...that's how dependable it is. In fact, when I first received it in 2018, I bought one for a Sister friend who has a weak back and she loves it.
Let me add that their customer service is outstanding! !! Prompt attention, personally answered, never through one of those computer 'choose the answer' sytems.! Delivery in good time and any follow up questions , again , answered swiftly and graciously..
So give yourself a gift, and I really encourage anyone who suffers from a bit of a weak back, to send for The Natural Posture.!!!

I have to commend this company for their absolutely incredible customer service! I honestly can't remember the last time I received the kind of rapid, genuine, personal customer care that this company provides. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Sadly, that kind of dedication is sorely lacking these days. When you find it, you want to tell everyone you know! I hope my review reaches at least a few potential customers! As for the product itself, this was the second posture corrector I received from this site. The first one wasn't a great match for my needs, so I reached out to the company for a refund. I was offered a full refund OR a "free exchange" for any similarly priced product. I chose to try this item instead of getting a refund and I'm so glad I did. It's comfortable enough to wear for the recommended amount of time, and even though I've just started using it, I fully expect it to do the job it's designed to do. I'm actually wearing it as I type this, and it's already affecting my posture in a positive way. I'm excited to see the results after I've used it regularly over the coming weeks. My only regret is not finding this site sooner!

Ultra Slimming Body Shaper Under Shirt fits perfectly according to my size (ie. Large - same as other garments). The body shaper works amazing and is comfortable to wear throughout the day while I am at work. I like them so much I just bought 2 more - great price, great quality and order was timely.

I bought the Natural Posture Intelligent Neck Massager. I love this messager. It's got adjustable heat and electrical stimulation massage. It was working great for 3 to 4 months and then it stopped working. I tried everything I could think of and it still wouldn't work. I then reached out the The Natural Posture, explained to them the whole situation. They replaced my non-working massager with no hassles at all. My neck & shoulders are happier again! I have purchased 3 braces from The Natural Posture company due to losing weight.
Not only is the product first class, but so is the outstanding customer service.
Nothing is too much trouble, and problems and questions are handled in a very professional and friendly manner.

We did our research before placing the order and the great news was, that this is legit company to order from. My husband needed a fitting tank top for medical reasons. The size XL which we received, was not tight enough to what his goal was, so the customer service representative made sure to extend their service to make it right. The back brace has given me relief. There has been a reduction in the use of painkillers. I am waiting for a surgery date. I recommend this product for what it does but one must follow the directions to obtain the relief. At this point, can’t say if this is long term.

I am very happy with my new posture support. I have chronic low back pain and poor posture. I have tried low back supports , surgery, medicine, upper back, shoulder brace and many other things. I am finding this support to be my great investment. I already am getting freedom from back pain. My husband has commented I am doing more and my posture is better. I would recommend this product. It may not give instantaneous results but it really helps build the right muscles and ease the stress in your back. Thank you.

This is a very good product. I have tried the figure 8 braces and they are not worth it and are very harsh for the under arm since they turn right back under the arm. This brace comes over the shoulder and down to the lower part of the back since it goes past the lat muscle at your side making it very comfortable. A couple of stiff slats in the brace to cover more area. They are very helpful to advise the size that you need. I highly recommend this product over others and the price is very decent. I give this brace a full 5 star review as well as the staff.

I echo all the positive comments made previously.
My experience with The Natural Posture has been first class.
First of all I ordered the wrong size of the women’s posture support band but without a quibble Sarah sent the correct size which fits perfectly and does a great job.
My shoulders are now in the correct position which consequently also takes care of the diaphragm. Wonderful!
I have since ordered a second one in black so I can alternate.
I have also received the Body Shaper.
When it arrived I felt it was a little slack in places. I sent my measurements to Sarah who recommended a size down and immediately sent the smaller one, a perfect fit.
I cannot praise too highly the top class service I have received from The Natural Posture by Sarah. Thank you so much

Thank you so much. I received it yesterday, Friday the 14th and have
been wearing, as soon as I received it. I am very pleased at the relief it
has given to my back. One thing you might want to do is let customers know
that it is actually 2 belts, the wide solid belt and the mesh belt. when iI
put it on the first time iI only adjusted the wide belt not know that the
mesh belt helps bring more support to the middle of my back.
