I use to enjoy moneysource they had great customer service since 2014. However 2022 has not been good at all. I have asked for home loan assumption paper work for the last month. So I can get my ex husband off the mortgage in case his assets get taken by the government for owing back child support. First call they said I should have it by Monday. Second time I called it was it was sent to underwriters you should have it next week. Next week came I called a third time and they said oh it was set on 2/28/22 in the mail give it until next week.... never got it. The last time I tried to do this process they sent the papers to me online... I dunno why they would send me a paper copy. And now tomorrow I have to call for a fourth time. . Because it is still not here. I need this process finished I have been trying to do this for years. I finally got the court to force him to sign the papers and the company is failing me by not giving me what is needed

I went on a covid forbearance with my mortgage. After having so much trouble trying to get back on track Kristi Schleicher reached out to me and almost immediately got me back on track. If it wasn't for here I would still be stressed out everyday about what was going to happen

I paid into escrow an amount for home owner’s insurance-I paid timely each month and on 1/15 I received a late notice from State Farm. I immediately called the Money Source and was told to email them a copy of the bill which I did. 2 weeks later still no payment made and now I am told the Money Source is not paying my insurance bill because my loan is being transferred. I don’t recall that being a part of my closing statement…you pay into escrow but we don’t have to use it to pay your insurance if we are transferring your loan….you pay it then. Seems like a breach of contract to me.
Yes, the response from Kristi on this site makes it appear as though she resolved my issues with a phone call. The same smoke and mirrors I have been getting for months. After our conversation which wasn’t a “pleasure” for me I sent her by email proof of escrow for homeowner’s insurance established by the legal closing document, the insurance company’s late notice dated 1-15 which occurred while they were still servicing the loan, my insurance policy number on TMS’s website. Plus I asked her one question: When you were servicing my loan what did you do with the money in my escrow account if you didn’t use it to pay my house insurance??????? Her answer: deafening silence.
If you do business with Ally bank ask if your loan is going to be serviced by TMS and if the answer is yes…..run don’t walk away.

Thanks to Kristi Schleicher for getting our escrow refund taken care of which was apparently lost by the USPS.
We emailed Kristi and explained that we hadn't received our refund check from a recent mortgage payoff...although I could see the check was cut on our online account and when it was issued.
Kristi got to work and immediately had a stop payment on the mailed check and had a new check FEDEX'd to our new home.
I have worked with Kristi on a few other instances and she's never let us down. Whenever I've emailed or spoken to Kristi on the phone it always felt like I was her only customer...that is gold in the current customer service climate.
Thanks again Kristi for your work on my behalf...TMS has a gem with you as a representative!
The first time I reached out to Kristi Schleicher, she cleared the path to receive COVID Mortgage assistance.
The second time, I got my mortgage company (TMS) their homeowners insurance after 3 tries.
Both requests were done within hours!
Friendly, but extremely frustrating to deal with in sorting out an issue with a transfer of mortgage servicing.

I found Kristi’s name while searching TMS on a search engine. Fortunately it listed her email address and I immediately emailed. The next day Wednesday she emailed and called and by Friday my payment was lowered and a check was being sent for my overage amount. She was outstanding and we are very appreciative.
Our mortgage was sold to TMS after a refinance. Twice our first payment got returned but both times customer support told me the wrong things, first it was the app and would be fine and then I had to pay by phone for a first payment. When nothing worked I got hold of Kristi Schleicher, VP of Customer Experience. She responded immediately, investigated the problem, followed up finding a typo in our account number, and everything went right through. She said she’d talk to the reps about the situation. She made a one star review a four star.
Kristi resolves my issue very fast and professionally. Also she is very patient whenever she helps me. Had a great experience getting help from her!
Kristi Schleicher is a true asset to TMS. She helped us with our loan modification in a professional, understanding, and patient manner.
My loan account disappeared. My auto payments disappeared. I'm now freaking out because I can't find my mortgage anywhere and it looks like it was not auto paid from my account for 6 weeks. I'm having a heart attack.

It was very difficult to deal with the Money Source initially. I spent hours on hold trying to fix one of my payments that was 'lost' in between servicers in some suspense account. I noticed Kristi Schleicher's name and email on a review site. I emailed her and she responded the same day. Kristi never failed to answer when I contacted her. Just amazing considering their initial response. My problem was solved. The Money Source needs mor folks like Kristi.
