Great service with iPad

The screen was replaced on my ipad. The service was done within a couple of hours. The price was good too, (comparing a similar repair 15 years ago)

GET YOUR DEVICE REPAIRED ANYWHERE, BUT HERE!

I wish I had read their 1 Star Google reviews before engaging them to do a simply screen replacement. The experience has been the worst customer service I have ever received in my lifetime. 0 for communication, 0 for callbacks, 0 for quality of work and 0 for ethics. If you need a phone repair or screen replaced, please use someone else, anyone else.
They quoted $395, but then charged $450. My $1800 Oppo phone was damaged by them during the repair. The new screen was coming away from the housing at pick up, the glass back had a new 10c size piece hole missing, the flash was now not working, and the fingerprint sensor no longer worked. Long story short, after agreeing to rectify the issues, 3 months went on with no communication from TMM and me following up each time and getting a different story, until finally they said they cannot get a replacement back and then they cut off communication. Mind boggling how they continue to trade.

Like the other guy on here who has had…

Like the other guy on here who has had a 1 star review I have had disgraceful service. Since replacing the battery in my ipad I have had to come in over 6 times, its still broken, other things have started to play up that never happened before this I am 100% sure they have damaged it. They are now refusing to communicate with me and still have my ipad!! I would not recommend or use them at all for any service. Buyer beware!!

Disgusting service!!

DO NOT GET THESE GUYS TO TOUCH YOUR PHONE!!!! I attempted to replace the back screen on my phone myself, I could not do it. I rang and spoke to these guys and they said they could put it back together. I dropped it off to them on Thursday, said it would be ready by Friday. They said $60 to fix, no more than $100.

Rang on Saturday, said it was all good to be picked up. Went down to pick up the phone, said it was all good, then told it was not tested due to pin code not being with it, which it was. they then checked the phone, all worked they said and gave it to me, with a small plastic bag of extra parts. The bill went up to $120 which I was happy to pay.

I returned home and plugged in my phone, charging port not working. I immediately rang them and they said bring it in. I was on night shift so could not get there when they were open until Tuesday. When I went in, the guy was very rude and said it would not ready until next week. I said I'd like it back by the end of the week as this is warranty work, to which he said he would try. He said we can give you a refund if you would like, I said no I want my phone fixed. Whilst discussing the guy told me I was undercharged by the trainee who quoted me too cheap, that it should have been $250, and they made the trainee cover the rest!! Pretty sure that's illegal?

The next day the supposed 'boss' rang and said 'you have opened this phone, played with it and we are not fixing this.' I was stumped, I said' I have not opened the phone, why would I bring it back to you if I had opened the phone?' To which he hung up. I rang back, I said 'this is unacceptable, do you always accuse your customers of lying?' and he hung up again. Rang back again, I said 'I'm sure according to consumer law, you have to fix this' he then screamed down the phone 'DONT QUOTE CONSUMER LAW TO ME!!!' then hung up again.

I resorted to going down there the following day after being shouted at and asked for my phone back and a refund as I did not need to be spoken to like that. They refused, I asked why, they had no reason and started waving it in front of me saying I had to wait until tomorrow until the boss came in. I said no I want my phone back now and the refund you offered on Thursday. He refused. We had a verbal disagreement in the store, which eventually resulted in security being called and the shopping centre manager coming down to ask what was going on. After this their attitude changed, they gave me back my phone and the manager said he was coming down to resolve it in 1 hour. Went back, they then tried to tell me that I broke the guys finger grabbing my phone out of his hand. There was nothing wrong with him. They then reluctantly gave me $60 back, not the full amount, and said police were being called, I said 'no problem, happy to speak to them as you were holding my property without permission therefore it is theft.' Police never came, it was all a joke.

All in all, the worst experience I have ever had with owning or getting a phone fixed in my entire life. Don't ever get these people to touch your stapler, let alone a phone!!!!!

SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
