Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, you can't do the ADHD test and that takes the mick out of neurodivergents as I got really frustrated, like the button to press to do the test just opens the same website page as the one you pressed. Like, does the owner really have ADHD or is she just trying to be funny and take the piss. A horribly ableist website.

Hi Vanessa,

Thank you for your message, and I’m really sorry you had such a frustrating experience. You’re absolutely right, there seems to be a technical issue with the ADHD test button, and I understand how disappointing that must have felt.

I want you to know that I’m not “taking the mick” out of anyone. I live with ADHD myself, and this whole project comes from a very personal place. I’m doing my best with limited resources to create something supportive and meaningful, and I’ll do everything I can to fix this glitch quickly so the experience is as smooth as possible.

If you feel comfortable, I’d be so grateful if you might reconsider your review 🙏 A one-star review can be very detrimental for a small business like mine, and my intention has only ever been to help, not to cause frustration.

Thank you again for pointing this out, it really does help me improve 💕
Warmly,

Alice

A great workbook for ADHD pre-assessment support

I bought this workbook to help discover how my brain is actually wired before having a formal assessment to see whether I do have ADHD or not. It was fantastic to see, laid out on paper, just how I perceive things and how I've masked a lot of my behaviours to fit in with others and work. It also made me very emotional to read it back, like everything in my world was all of a sudden making more sense and that I'm not crazy. Definitely worth getting for anyone who's wondering whether they do have ADHD and before getting formally assessed.

Great

I received my order right after my purchase—so fast! I really like that there are different color options for the Could it be ADHD? book; it’s super printer-friendly. I downloaded and filled it out right away, and each section is clearly and concisely explained. The added parts about ‘masking’ were really relatable and helped me understand things better. It was fun to visualize the results in the graphs, and it gave me a lot of clarity. Thanks so much!

The download links didn't work

The download links didn't work, and I couldn't find any contact details on the website to get help. So I canceled the purchase.

Hi Harald 😊

I’m really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience! You should have received a confirmation email with your download link and my customer support email right after your payment. If it didn’t arrive, I sincerely apologize—that’s definitely not normal. Sometimes, these emails end up in spam, so it’s worth checking there just in case.

I also looked into your account, and I can confirm that your full refund was processed on the same day you requested it, January 27th. If you have any further concerns or need any help, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

Thanks for your time, and again, I truly appreciate your feedback.

Amazing workbook

It was super easy to purchase and download! As soon as I got it I started reading the different parts and it was so easy to follow, I'm sure it's going to be so useful for me having all my different symptoms and experiences recorded and organised.

Struggled to finish it.

I thought it could be more interactive and made more ADHD user friendly.. considering I may have ADHD and definitely have executive dysfunction.. I would have liked a bit more support throughout in finishing it

Hi Connor 😊

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I really appreciate your honesty and understand how important it is for resources to be ADHD-friendly and supportive, especially when executive dysfunction is in the mix.

I’m always looking for ways to improve, so your feedback is really valuable. If you have any specific ideas on how it could be more interactive or easier to get through, I’d love to hear them!

If you feel like it wasn’t the right fit for you, I completely understand, and you’re welcome to request a refund—just reach out, and I’ll be happy to help.

Thanks again for giving it a try—I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!

Best,

I love this book

I love this book. As someone who thought they met some of the ADHD symptoms but not all, this enabled me to better understand the signs and also when I might be masking. It is so clearly set out and gives great examples. I have now been diagnosed with ADHD. It helped me massively when preparing for my assessment. As a tutor who often picks up on signs from my student, I recommend this book to help the explore their potential neurodiversity.

The book helps to reflect

The book helps to reflect. Some people complained that it takes too long to work through but there is an introduction with says that you can just skip the linger parts if you feel like it's to much. I am still using them but for it lowers the pressure to "have to" fill it out.

A great workbook

A great workbook that gave some insight in myself and why I do what I do. Still not sure if I have ADHD but I think this book will also help me with writing up my history when the time comes for my assessment (I am still on the waitinglist).

Thanks so much.
