Gemma saved our lives!

We reached out to Gemma a few weeks ago as we were really struggling with our little boy's sleep. He wasn't napping, was waking regularly throughout the night and we saw 5AM starts (if not earlier) every day.

We had a call with Gemma who was friendly, approachable, non-judgemental and listened to everything we said, in detail. We received Gemma's plan and got started right away. We were blown away as to how quickly it worked and how much our sleep has improved since. We have no wake ups & if he does wake, we go back to the method & he falls asleep again. We've now seen 6.30-7.30 wakes constantly. A vast improvement for us all.

Naps have increased from 40 minutes to 2 hours and he is sleeping beautifully. He is such a happy boy and we are such a relieved family, now able to enjoy bedtime routines properly without feeling anxious or worried about how the night is going to go.

I cannot thank Gemma enough for providing our family with peace and restored nervous systems after navigating a tricky few months. You have honestly, changed our lives.

I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking for support with their child's sleep. THANK YOU GEMMA!
