Over the past few years, I've used several Joomla page designers, sometimes paying more and getting less than with QUIX 5. It's very easy to use, and there's nothing I couldn't implement. Whenever I need support, it's resolved within 24 hours, and I can continue working. Since I live in Switzerland, I've never felt like I had to wait long due to the time difference.

The team is also constantly working on offering many features in Joomla 5 and keeping them up to date. "Keep it up!"

pourly i get now answers anymore. i tried several times differenz days and months to download quix 5 from Members area.
I get a 40 kbit/s speed for that ~12mb Packages :D After waiting long to reach at least 5 Mb, the connection drops. themexpert.com and zip link crashing. Sorry but that is crazy and really bad. It feels like the Site is hosted in their office with no correct uplink ...

I am using Quix Page Builder, which makes creating a site in Joomla very easy. I'm currently using the free version of the tool but thinking about going for the pro version with a lot more options to choose from.

Best of all is their support. I got help with a problem on the same day I contacted them. They even offered to fix it directly on my site. Haven't seen such a good support with other tools!

I had a problem with an quixx editor update - asked for help and got very quick help from an expert. He solved my problem diretly at our site. Very quick, very professional, very serious.

I had some issues with my license, but the contact with ThemeXperts was quick and uncomplicated.
The Product itselfs is great, but the documentation is a bit old and need some revision.

We have been using Quix and JMedia for many years and have switched almost all of our customers to this solution. Individual support is the most important part, because websites always have new requirements. Highly recommended!

We use Quix builder for 5 years, (quix 4 for now), very few problems and support is here to help you when some bug occurs on some element.

I am not a web professional but I have worked with several web content management tools to build Joomla websites. I have found Quix to be the easiest and most flexible CMS to work with in the Joomla environment. The positioning and editing of content is very intuitive and it is possible to be quickly productive without a lot of web design experience. I especially appreciate that Quix allows me to do things my way. I have also found the support to be responsive and effective.

Prompt customer support. Some issues but ThemeXpert goes out of their way to help you. Quix Page Builder compared to other page builders in my opinion is a little complicated for using it the first time but once you get to know the structure, all will come easy.

Very bad support. It took them a month to reply to my email, and they still didn't resolve my issue. As a result, I no longer need their plugin. Despite this, they refused to refund me, even though the problem was on their end due to their delayed response. My order number is 523171.

Great product that makes Internet site pages creation and management much easier and the support is always very efficient.

At the weekend, I got stuck in Quix Pro, which didn't work at all after a new installation of Joomla 4.4.
I was annoyed because I had to present a site model, and (as I had a very positive experience three years ago with Quix Pro) I think that only Quix Pro could allow me to do that ...
A little 'panicked', I wrote an email as an SOS to Quix Pro so that it could work.
Two hours later, even though it was the weekend, Quix Pro was working!
I had set up a SuperUser so that they could solve the problem...

It worked perfectly!

I'm thrilled... I'm off to work!

I've already noticed that this new version goes much faster than I remember three years ago ==> a long way to go!

We have a website running on Joomla with Quix for 3 years already. The functions of Quix are improving with proper subscription by updating the version. We got a problem after applying the latest update and responsive feedbacks from the support team were received in short! Thanks a lot!

Support is not the quickest one, but you surely solve your problem. 5 stars!

Fantastic support after having some starter difficulties. They had a look at the backend and solved it within 15 minutes. Now i can build further on a new Quix based website
