Unprofessional company
Honestly, this has been a really disappointing experience. I purchased the Travel Theme Pro version through their website via WordPress and paid $29 through PayPal. The payment went through, but I received absolutely nothing in return ,no confirmation email, no download link, nothing.
They even asked me to create a password during checkout, which made it seem like I’d have an account, but their website doesn’t actually have any login feature. I tried contacting them via email but received no response at all.
In the end, I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back, thankfully, I was refunded. I strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely. It feels unprofessional and unreliable.
