Excellent Theme & Support

Just purchased this theme and immediately had some questions about layout and design. I sent 2 support tickets over and was responded back to quickly. Support was professional and they sent screenshots to help me see where I needed to go and they what steps to take to solve the issue. Love this theme and am very happy with the support I am getting during deployment.

Solid Theme, Solid Support

The theme I downloaded from ThemeREX is beautiful and easy to use. Although, I had one installation problem. I submitted a ticket and the ThemeREX team had my issue resolved within 24 hours. Sophie was my rep and was super nice. The next time I need a Wordpress theme, I'll come to ThemeREX first.

Amazing Support

They are really helpful and have amazing support. I got many question for my theme but they never got tired to answer them. I m really happy to work with their theme. Good for web designers :)

Great support

I did have no experience with building a website. Nevertheless I started with it. I had problems with the backend installations. Thanks to the great help of the support Desk of ThemeRex I'am able to design my website now. I can advice other doing the same.
