Cancelled 10 minutes after checkout — shipped anyway, and their return policy makes a refund pointless

I ordered MemoCept (3 bottles, order #AE2ZC2RN, $216.99) on August 20, 2026, and canceled it through their support channel the same evening, about ten minutes after checkout — long before anything left a warehouse. I repeated that cancellation request in writing at least six times over the following week.

They shipped it anyway, on August 24.

When I insisted on a full refund, I was sent the official return terms, which they point to on their own FAQ page

No prepaid return label. Return postage is my expense — they estimate $18–$30 via USPS.
A mandatory 20% "restocking/sorting" fee — $43.40 deducted from my order. For a package I explicitly asked them not to send.
Refund only after the box physically reaches their warehouse and a "manual audit" is completed — and then up to 30 business days on top of that. Nothing is credited when you mail it.

Their own email does the arithmetic for you: I would lose roughly $68.40 in fees and postage and wait six-plus weeks for whatever is left. Then they use that arithmetic as the argument for accepting a small partial refund instead. The fees aren't a policy — they're the leverage.

What I was offered instead of a refund, in order: 25%, then 50%, then 13%, then 17%, then a flat $38 — the last one presented as a "special and definitive solution approved by our executive board." The final, board-approved offer was less than half of what I'd already been offered days earlier. Every one of them required me to reply with just the word "YES."

A week after demanding a refund, I'm still receiving marketing emails about how to use the product.

Before you order, understand: canceling within minutes will not stop the shipment, and the return process is designed so that giving up is the cheapest option. I've declined everything, and I'm disputing the charge with my card issuer.
