I am not a professional web designer but I have built and maintain my personal website, using ColorMag Pro. I cannot say enough about the support the ThemeGrill team has provided for this. I have no real basis for comparing the theme with alternatives but with the support it has more than satisfied my needs

The Zakra theme has worked very well for our small nonprofit, and the support has been outstanding. They actually spent a lot of time assisting us even when we only had the free version. We have upgraded to the Pro version and it is excellent.

I have used there themes on several sites now and always found them flexible for a variety of different uses. Their support is also great which is wonderful especially when you are initially setting up a new site from nothing but an idea!

Using one of their templates, I needed the support of the theme grill team for some interventions that wordpress editing. They were very kind and very helpful. Always quick responses through their online chat.

Whenever I have an issue, your team is always prompt to reply and to provide a relevant solution.

They are avaible, quick and they work well

I had a problem with an incompatible plugin and the team from ThemeGrill were able to give the directions I needed to resolve the issue quickly.

Their communication and professionalism was excellent.

In addition to the support, their Freedom Pro Theme is very good and has been my site theme for over 5 years..

Excellent product especially their Masteriyo LMS is top class. Out of the box LMS features. New features and tools are added every week. Not only LMS but their customer support services is too good. Instant query resolution within few hours via chat support and Facebook community group. Initially I personally suggested multiple features to be added to LMS. And their tech team added it one by one every week. The entire team is fast in launching new features. I've purchased their Masteriyo Pro lifetime plan. All the core features are working great especially their inbuilt payment processing (no need to add/install complex woocommerce). The only feature that I think is missing is multi-currency checkout (allow student to select their preferred currency from drop-down list and pricing of those currencies will be set by instructors manually for each course). I had a several number of issues when I first installed the Pro version of ColorMag. Patiently, Rohit guided me through all my issues and was able to do a very good job in providing me the steps to tweak everything. Thank you Rohit, you’ve been of great precious help, that made the difference in being satisfied with it. Hopefully ColorMag can implement some basic pre-set tweaking features for customization of links, menu etc on the Pro Theme, without the use of CSS and users like I massacring someone like Rohit for help!

Been using their themes for over 5 years now, really happy with the service. The themes are some of the best and their customer service is always fast and helpful.
