Never received an item , and now they are refusing to refund, even though I have the invoice that states they didnt send the item and they signed the invoice too, and I also have message from them admitting they owe me the money

The order never arrived, they don't reply to emails and the refund hasn't been made. Do not order unless you want to waste your money !

Cancelled my order, took my money then denied ever receiving it saying it wasnt their problem but mine. They blocked me on their website after i shared my experience on their facebook page and deleted my comments. I received a aggresive e mail accusing me of untruths which became threatening. I had to go to paypal and my money came back on the 18th november. Dont do business with this company lack of customer services rude and aggresive.

I placed an order for the first time with this company on the 6th of June and it was shipped as promised the following Monday, a couple of items were misplaced during the delivery process but TYLER was very patient with my complaint and worries, He immediately had a new package made for me and the items delivered promptly even after I was difficult towards them

Anybody wants to buy from this company just to let you know DON'T Either your stuff comes broken with ripped and broken box, or stuff is missing from items.
This is not the 1st time either. I've never mentioned anything before but I wish I had of now, because I could have saved loads of money instead of giving it to them.
So just to pre warn people and new people who might think bargain here, If anything is wrong or broken don't complain.
They don't know how to help you they have no customer service skills.
So when I complained I got a message back from whoever as they did not put a name. But the message I received was Absolutely shocking then they accused me of doing things which I didn't.
I hope they go bust They don't even deserve the 1 star but I had to give them 1 so I could let people know what they are like

Items received were damaged, cheap, and overall poor quality!
These were gifts…no way I can give these to family. Shocking and not interested in helping! Don’t waste your time on this company, Customer care and skills couldn’t even rate a 1!!!!!

Been a loyal customer for years and now can see how bad this company is becoming.
Placed an order all went through OK.
Order was received and an item was missing I contacted the company to get a nasty abusive message blaming everything except their shoddy service and bad management of stock numbers no communication from an email etc saying an item that they had sold was over sold and out of stock , no note added to order when i had received it. There's been a few issues past few years that I let slip as it was cheap but now all they care about is likes on social media lives. Utterly disgusting customer service. I would avoid .

A friend told me about this company and showed me their Facebook page and I was hooked watching! Wasn’t quite sure what to expect as the deals seemed too good to miss. I ended up buying a number of products, think 7 in total, all at an absolute bargain. The website searching and purchasing process was seamless. The order was placed late Wednesday, I had confirmation of dispatch, including tracking on the Thursday and delivery by a really friendly and polite Parcelforce delivery man on the Friday. The items were in perfect, brand new condition and my little girl was over the moon. The other items purchased will be used for birthday presents - perfect to have a stash of kids gifts!
Will definitely be ordering again.

Just want to say a massive thankyou my order was delayed and I have autism and was obsessing that it wouldn’t arrive. They responded to every question I had and was very calm and understanding my order arrived late due to the Christmas post but honestly couldn’t be more happy with the contents and how they treated me throughout the whole thing. Thankyou! I would deffo recommend very cheap and amazing quality products! Honestly if I could give 10 stars I would! Thankyou
