Well packaged. Arrived in polystyrene cool box. The Wonky fillet steaks were lovely and so were the rump steaks. Sirloins, however were quite chewy so not sure if I’d buy again.

The mince and chicken was way betta than the shops good value for thr money and will deffo be buy again

This was my third order, and unfortunately it will also be my last.

I have noticed a steady decline in quality with each order. On my second order, the rump steak was disappointingly tough and chewy despite being cooked in accordance with the recommended cooking guidelines. However, I thought I'd give them one last try.

My latest order was even worse. The "lean" steak strips contained a substantial amount of fat, sinew and gristle linking the strips together. This was not apparent when I first opened the pack, as the strips had been packed in a way that concealed the waste in the middle. It was only when I separated the strips into portions for freezing that I discovered the extent of the fat and gristle. I now have to spend time trimming away a significant amount before the meat is suitable for cooking. A product described as "lean" should not require this level of preparation.

The minted lamb chops were equally disappointing. They contained a large amount of gristle and sinew, so much so that my partner and I removed a small side plate full while eating them. Because of the mint coating, this was not visible before cooking, making it impossible to assess the quality beforehand.

Having now experienced quality issues on two consecutive orders, I no longer have confidence in the products and will not be ordering again. The meat does not reflect the quality advertised or the price charged.
