The Luxury Pergola Reviews 

I purchased a Super Pergola from here, and it has been great so far! We have had it for almost a year, and we are entering the winter months, so time will tell for the durability. The product itself is great, and is allowing the family, friends & neighbors to enjoy my patio space in all different types of weather. The only negative is that it was rather large, and you will need a team to help install it, a little more than a DIY. The shipping was fast and make sure you have a large area to store it. Another hiccup is I have a slight leak of water in the gutter system in the middle of super pergola, where the two beams meet the center posts.
The sales experience was unique as you are spending a large dollar value over the internet, yet it was legit. The Sales Rep Chase Bess was awesome. He walked us thru the process, helped with the permitting process and answered the last-minute frantic installation calls. He is still helping us determine a path to correct the middle leak and helping with other creative solutions to add lights and screens. Chase has friendly and low-pressure sales tactics that has developed a strong rapport that would make me recommend this company to others who are interested in a Pergola.

I recently had a Luxury pergola installed and I could not be happier. The structure feels very sturdy, the finish looks amazing, and the louvers work perfectly, smooth, quiet, and very functional. It has completely transformed the space. Overall I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

I worked with Mark H on the specification of our pergola - it was so easy and he was so patient and helpful. We opted for all the bells and whistles since we will be spending many hours under our pergola making great memories with our family and friends. But during the buying process, I am the type of person that needs to 100% understand each line item on the proposal and Mark was so knowledgeble and helpful in explaining everything. Then in the end we realized we needed a custom size - still not a problem at all. The customer service has been great. Our pergola will be set up in the spring. I'll write a second review on how that goes once it happens. So far I am very happy we selected The Luxury Pergola.

The folks at Luxury Pergola are very attentive when I needed technical data prior to placing my order. The communications have been stellar. The product was well packaged and no damage. The instructions are very detailed and assembly went extremely well. Very satisfied with the quality of the product. I would not hesitate to purchase another pergola.

We really love our pergula. Chase was definitely the difference for me purchasing this pergula. He answered the phone at a weird time durning the day on a weekend when I thought I would just get a recording. He stayed with me throughout the whole process which wasn’t easy because I was purchasing this product for a home in another state. We had a few issues at installation time and we didn’t understand some of the directions, but Chase ALWAYS answered his phone to guide us through. Even our friends that helped us to install it were blown away that when we had a question Chase would answer it for all of us. I wish that all of my purchases would come with a person that really knows the product, stands behind it and treats everyone the way he treated us.
