Extremely long shipping times about eight or nine months, if not longerthe bed is very overpriced and there’s nothing luxury about it. Delivering together, they had some people drop the bed off at the end of my driveway. Stay clear of this place. Get you a luxury bed somewhere else.

Faulty bed, poorly made and will avoid you when you complain!

I purchased a king size bed from this company paid over £1300, after a couple of months the bottom board foam went saggy. After emailing they replaced the bottom board with no mention of the faulty headboard problem. A few months later the lifter on the ottoman bed had just popped off the side of the panel this meant I could not use my bed, I did email the company with no response. After writing a negative review 2 months with no bed I was contacted and then given a new lifter in order for me to remove my review. I was told they would be back in touch regarding the faulty headboard which I had originally complained about when they corrected the first fault only a few months after having bought the bed (hafeez confirmed this) i would avoid this company as I have had 3 faults with the bed (only 2 fixed after numerous complaints and months without being able to sleep on my bed). Beds are not good quality with multiple different faults.

AWFUL COMPANY

AWFUL COMPANY. TERRIBLE “CUSTOMER SERVICE”. Been trying to get hold of someone for over 2 months due to missing base for bed. They even admitted to “missing” this item off the delivery, but ignore my calls and emails to having it sent to us. Raised a dispute with bank as no response from company. Bed looks nothing like imagine online, cheap and tacky. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jay, sorry to hear about this. I have looked into your order and the product you returned was sent back damaged. We sent you pictures of the damage but you did not respond. All our products are exactly as they are shown in our photos. We are always happy to accept refunds however we can NOT accept a product that was damaged. It is possible the delivery service you used to send it back damaged it in transit but we can NOT claim responsibility for that. I’m really sorry you had this experience with us but we simply can not accept goods that were delivered without damage being sent back with damage. I hope you can understand this.

A great experience

Not sure why previous reviews have rated this company so low, new bed delivered today and it is amazing. Delivery was on time, courtesy call 30 minutes before delivery, driver carried everything to my bedroom (ground floor apartment) and was extremely polite. Bed is as described very heavy, amazing quality and 10/10 value for money. Thank you.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are…

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about? I’ve spent over £1600+ and it’s been over 8 months and I’ve had barely any problems. Any problems I did have, I sent them a message and got a response every time in under an hour. Extremely fast customer service and a well organised hierarchy. Was genuinely shocked when I read some of the reviews, maybe from trolls looking to destroy another British built business. For me, one of the best places to purchase your bed unreal business, ignore the trolls.

The bed broke after 3 months

The bed broke after 3 months. The metal cups which hold the wooden slats in place snapped. I have since developed back pain and am now seeing an osteopath. The quality isn't good enough. The customer service is very slow. I reported the bed had broken and they did send a replacement part but I explained I needed two cups so followed up with them and now I'm being ignored! Absolutely rubbish. Go to John Lewis instead.

Just awful

I had accidentally ordered a single bed instead of double. They were very cooperative and changed it for me and said there would be the additional charge which I was happy to pay for obviously as I had paid for the wrong sized bed.

I didn’t get any delivery updates or tracking so I had someone turn up at my door demanding the extra money in cash otherwise I couldnt have my bed. I have a ring door bell so I was trying to explain there’s no way I can give you cash I’m not at home and was given no information that the bed would be delivered.

The quality of the bed is absolutely horrendous! The parts don’t fit properly had to add extra holes to get things to fit. The head board is so wobbly and the end board doesn’t even sit straight. The base is just plain wooden slats not even holes for them to go into. So there is no support and just makes the bed uncomfortable and it’s not the mattress because the mattress was comfy on our previous bed. Every time you move it creeks and wobbles.

Lesson learnt will not be purchasing again.

I have traced a purchase I made on a website back to this company. Same telephone number same address. It is a scam I have had money taken from my account and been charged a currency transaction fee! No goods received, no response to emails. Telephone to voicemail. Please avoid at all costs

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. Bed may look nice but it’s poorly made. After minimal use mine broke after 3 weeks! Instructions are shocking. One side of the ottoman had completely ripped out of the bed frame leaving the mattress up in the air and bed unusable.
After having had major surgery I’ve spent weeks sleeping on my sofa.
Sat in multiple times for delivery of new parts and when they finally did send a new panel for bed it came without a bracket to fit the ottoman part! Now no communication, emails and messages ignored.
Trading standards are aware.

Avoid - flashy photos but poorly manufactured

Instructions were not even readable however as I have assembled many Ottoman beds in the past I got it to gather only for the bed not to align properly and not even be able to close properly. Tried to speak to the company many time but they just give you pointless tasks to do to resolve but really just delaying things further - 2 months down the road and I have spent £1000 on a bed I can’t use an no response from there “Customer Service”

Excellent bed but customer service could be better.

Excellent bed and very good quality however being very honest the customer service is lacking when it comes to service and updates. As a customer you expect to be updated as a basic courtesy, but I had to do all the chasing to find out what was going on with the bed. That said, once the bed did finally arrive it’s exceeded all expectations and I’m very pleased with the product and quality.

Speak to you and tell you to put in a date for delivery in the notes for them to just not turn up. Wish I could put screen shots on of how they speak to you.

Still no delivery and £800 lost.

This is honestly the worst experience I…

This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Ordered a bed and was given an estimated delivery of 5-10 working days. 20 days later we receive the product which looks just HORRENDOUS!! So flimsy and cheaply made which won't even last me a week!! Even their fittings weren't aligned and the bed is slanted on the foot side. When I tried getting in touch there were no answers, contacted them via Facebook and what do you know they BLOCKED ME!! I have taken advice from my solicitors on this and reported them to trading standards and the ombudsman! Thankfully I paid via my credit card so contacted my bank and was told to open a charge back and they would help me get my money back. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM COMPANY! STEER CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS!!!!
