Nearly 1 year later and constant contact and chasing from me I still haven’t received the belt or my shoes.
I would avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely awful . I ordered a personalised card holder from here 6 months ago . I was thought to receive it within 2-3 weeks . A month goes by and nothing so i email - don’t get a reply for two months they say they will ship it out with express shipping . Nothing . I now ask for a refund and they don’t reply for another 2 months and when they do they don’t offer me a refund until a couple weeks later . I say yes i would like a refund and i was supposed to get it within 7 days to this day i haven’t gotten any money back or even a response why. Highly disappointed do not buy from here
Why ruin your brand with terrible customer service?
I ordered 2 pairs of socks and a green rugby top on Nov 27th as Christmas presents. The rugby top arrived very late and without the correct amount of postage paid.. so I had to pay an additional £2.50 to the post office to even pick up my item!
As for the socks.. it’s March 1st and they haven’t even arrived, numerous messages to the “brand” and no response.
Have seen similar messages online - seems they are burying their heads in the sand instead of dealing with customer issues.
Don’t ruin your brand with terrible customer service. The quality of the rugby top is very good but put off buying anything else. Shame.

Late review as have been busy with life. Have ordered a few items from Lords Club over the years and never had an issue with quality. Staff very friendly and had good experience with Cust Service every time i've contacted.
Ordered a few items as a Christmas present for the missus on Black Friday and which all arrived well within time and went down very well. Almost daily use out of them for us since!

Purchased an item in December and still didn’t receive it to this day. At the beginning they were at least answering my mails finding excuses for the delay but recently they just ignored me and didn’t send me my money back. I will open a quest with my bank to be refunded by be aware of this scam!

I just received my international order… after almost THREE MONTHS. About a month after the order, I emailed to check on it, was told there had been a delay, they were so sorry and would be sending extra items to compensate. I then receive a notification that it was shipped and tracking would be available. After weeks of not seeing anything, I emailed again. Was told there was an error and it was marked as shipped, but it hadn’t and it would be sent out within the week… another lie. It was sent out two weeks later. My husband said to just get a refund since it had become too much of a hassle, but I then received the shipping number. Like I said, it was delivered today. With only the item ordered, nothing additional which would’ve been fine, had I not been told that there would be extras due to the hassle. I do not recommend buying from this company. Look elsewhere.

I ordered some items from the Lords Club. I’m one for supporting small, UK companies. I have a very ‘country’ lifestyle so I understood what the brand was about. Yet my order never arrived, my emails were unanswered and I was blocked on social media for just asking why.
Such a shame this guy runs a company like this. I really wanted to be a regular customer.

Ordered a pair of loafers after being told there were coming into stock and would be with me in 2 weeks this was in May/june. Kept emailing them no response I got one response saying they were backlogged and they couldn’t source the loafers this is in September. I emailed saying I wanted a full refund there response was they will process it and money will be in my account in 14 days it’s not almost a month later and I have not received anything. They are not responding to any emails at all whatsoever which is a joke.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!
Poor customer service, no return contact
I’ve ordered from this company twice - I should have learnt my lesson.
Ordered a pair of driving loafers back in August, knowing they were out of stock but told it would only be a couple of weeks until they would be back in stock. I had no update so I emailed them to have no response. Six emails later still no response so had no other option to raise this as a dispute with my credit card provider.
This is the second time it’s happened to me. I thought this was just bad luck first time and I wanted to support a small company but th same happened again.

WORST EXPIERENCE
Ordered a gilet on the 23rd of September. On the website mentions about orders being sent out within 2 days. I should have read the reviews. I still don’t have my gilet I paid for, the don’t get back often to emails and when they do it’s all false promises. Honestly haven’t dealt with a worse company in my life. I just want my money back, which also they don’t respond to. Got a email from shopify to say it’s on its way, clearly it’s not they just push a button and give me a royal tracking code that never updates.

Made an order for a polo shirt that costs over 50£. Its more than 30days now, and they haven’t shipped, dont responds on emails, (sent 4 of them) and dont respons on social media eather.., they scam you for your money!

I would not even give one star. Empty promises all the way. Been waiting for almost 4 months. Wrote the company several emails, empty promises. It‘s a scam.

Wouldn’t give this company one star given the choice. Placed order in June, no receipt sent so chased a week later to be told they didn’t have my size but had a different colour. I chose to cancel order. They said a refund would be issued, it’s now September 10th, numerous emails to and fro with empty promises, Social Media messages with no response. An absolute joke of a company who like to take your money and not deliver. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM.

I have shopped with this company for over 5 years and have always been satisfied. Quality is 10/10 only recommendation would be to size up on the Driving Loafers but if wrong size is ordered they will exchange promptly.
Run as far as you can in the other direction, then when you get there…keep running
Ordered an embossed wallet on the 1st May. Timescale for delivery said 10-14 days, however gave them the benefit of the doubt and so waited until the 6th June to chase.
Was told on the 9th June that they had issues with the delivery of the materials used, but this had been resolved and they would be including a complementary item.
I then received an email which said the order had shipped, but it seems that then went ‘missing’, something to do with the parcel not being scanned into the Royal Mail system. I was told on the 18th June that the order had been replaced and would receive a shipping link within a few days.
I was told on the 25th June that the replacement had been embossed and would arrive with them any day now…although I am still waiting on this.
I have asked multiple times for a refund, but they never acknowledge that when replying to me. Absolutely being taken for a ride here!
Please, I beg that you do not make the same mistake which I did and deal with this absolute joke of a company. Whatever you like on the website, just look for similar and buy elsewhere. It has been a few days away from being two months since I ordered, snd despite their emails I do not feel like my card holder will be arriving any time soon.
I hope the company read this and take their website offline to try and solve the multiple (judging by online reviews) situations they have put themselves in.
I only wish I had read the reviews before giving this joke organisation any money.
Edit (4th July): Product finally arrived. Very average quality (which by this point, I had expected), and no ‘free gift’ which had been mentioned in multiple emails as an apology for taking two months to fulfil the order. Rubbish customer service, average product and all-in-all, just go elsewhere

Orders a personalised card holder on 20th May when order does not give any estimated delivery even on the order confirmation. Emailed 1 week later and was told personalised items can take up to 14 days, 16 days after the order was placed still not heard anything

Stay away from this scamer
They wont inform you about customs. They take over 2 months to ship. They will only awnser e-mails when they feel like it. Still waiting on a product since 13 of march. Stay away!!!!
