Shocking how long it takes. And why do I need to pay customs? That should have been included in the price!!
Ordered on 4th November and still waiting for my order. No idea where it is and it's now 20th November!!

Over the last 2 or 3 years I've ordered a lot of GW sets from The Loot Room and everything is brilliant, I've never had a major problem. The only issue is that occasionally if you place a back order the item takes a while to obtain in some cases but this may be to do with GW stock issues.

Placed order on the 26th November showing in stock. Delayed by several days due to items not being in stock. The order is now showing complete. Have not received it. No confirmation email of dispatch, no email from Royal Mail confirming they have the item. Which I have always previosuly had from Loot room. Cannot speak to anyone. No idea what is going on. Very poor service. Still awaiting items or refund.

By far the cheapest discount retailer I have found for Games Workshop products, they are very reliable and their stock system seems to work very well. I have saved lots of money shopping with them.
To make them even better, I just wish you could pick up the orders.

The items was delivered on time! This was a pre order and I recieved it the day it went live. I have never had any problems with loot room, in fact the only issue I had was an item went out of stock, so I phone them up and the removed that from the order and it was shipped straight away, I recieved the refund within 72 hours. Worth every penny of the monthly membership!

The prices are extremely good and the orders often arrive earlier than expected which is always a plus.

I have ordered a few things from here now and I'm really happy with all my purchases. If it's in stock it arrives straight away, if it's not it may take a while to be back ordered but they communicate well and update frequently and the deliveries are great couldn't ask for more I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful service, never had a bad experience with them after several years.
