I’d rate them a zero if I could! Poor quality and then they ignore all your return requests. The person behind the email outright lies. Save your money and your time. Company should be shutdown

A scam. Ordered never arrived although scan email received about it having been delivered. They never replied to my email. AVOID. This website needs to be shut down I will be reporting them to the OFT.

Do not order from The Look Edit. All items I ordered were sent out at different times, some of the orders took over a month to be delivered, the quality of the clothes was awful. And the worst of it is they still owe me a refund from May, keep ignoring my emails!!

This company is not worth purchasing anything from. The quality of the bag I received was disgusting at £60. All my communication requests for refund have been ignored and they have £60 of my money. It’s a complete scam! They take your money and send out terrible products. Then, inevitably receive the products back and only offer credit. It’s illegal!

I returned items in April and received confirmation that the goods had been received on their end . I’ve been chasing them for a refund of over £100. To this day it’s one excuse after another and no refund issued. Biggest regret ever spending money with them .

Terrible quality and the items they send you will look nothing like the photos- and they charge you to send it back. Do not order from here

Absolutely shockingly poor quality, ugly dress poorly sewn and rubbish fabric. All expected when buying cheap but this dress was allegedly £80 reduced to £60. As it was a sale item I am stuck with store credit for this rubbish site.

I had to order something else as they would only give store credit back on a return. I asked for the order to be cancelled because I decided I’d rather lose £30 that spend any more money on this site.

They refused to cancel the order. It’s 10 days later. No order arrived.. no response to my emails.

I ordered a dress for £34.99 in March and have still not received it although I have paid for it. I have contacted them on several occassion by email asking for proof of delivery and still have not had a reply.
Please do not buy from them because they are scammers, scamming their customers.

Ive returned the dresses as they were unsuitable but haven't received a refund. had a email to say they received it and it will be refunded in 30 days in April 2023.

Con/scam website.
Bought a bag, it never came. Emailed customer services who told me it’s out of stock (can’t believe they waited for me to get in touch for them to actually tell me this!) they said they’ll put me in a QUE to be refunded within 15 days. It’s over that now and still no refund. They’ve had my money for over a month now.
WHILE this was in process, I saw that the bag was on the website back in stock, so I bought it again.
But this time I emailed them to check . They said that’s it’s not in stock!
I complained that why haven’t it been removed and they had some lame excuse.
They list things that they are not selling so seems a bit of a scam.
They also hold on to your money and don’t refund.
I’m still waiting refund… case opened with PayPal.
I read reviews afterwards and saw how awful this site is… please avoid.

Awful experience and had to go to trading standards for advice as they point blank refused to refund me, management is an absolute joke and the shoes that I bought were totally different to the ones on the website. All items are a cheap version of what they picture online. This company needs investigating immediately

Shoes arrived 1.5 month after making order, looks different than on the picture. Very poor quality. Right size but shoes are too small. I'm not going to make a shopping on that website again.

Awful quality, cheap felt material. Sizing is WAY off. Ordered an XXL for an oversized fit, it wouldn’t even fit an 8. Disgusting customer service. IGNORING all attempts at communication. Not my first issue with these scammers. Extremely overpriced, if something looks nice on the website please know that you will not ever receive that item. Please don’t believe these 5 star reviews as they are very clearly staff trying to get their rating up! Horrible horrible company. Scammers to a T.

Could not be happier with my order. It thankfully arrived on time and the quality is excellent.
i have to say that customer services have been pretty great all throughout and very helpful whenever i had a question.
This is my second order and i am seriously impressed. Will definitely be shopping again very soon.

Cheap awful clothing. Bought a really flattering dress, its arrived fabric is so thin and awful, no boning in the corset top. No wiring in the bra part not even extra fabric just flat with a seam stitched in. Then when I wanted to return I can only get store credit! Which is useless as I defo won’t be buying again. AND I have to pay to return it! Avoid avoid avoid

My parcel was stolen and they replaced it fast and no questions asked! Really helpful customer service and lovely tracksuit!

DO NOT ORDER! Ordered 4 dresses totalling £103, had an email stating they had been delivered. The parcel was never delivered and fount was even sent. Customer service’s acknowledged this and offered a refund or redelivery. Refund requested, never received any refund and now ignoring all communication.
