Convenient, transparent, great product, highly recommended
I was previously hosting a pharmacy in my kitchen before I came across this product, a lot of what I was taking was inside the longevity complete formula, I ordered the starter pack which came with the premium feeling storage pot, scoop and glass bottle. I'm about half a month in I mix it will about 350/400ml water and a little extra creatine monohydrate to match my previous intake.
Both me and my wife are now taking this and I have to say that it is a great product with a noticeable improvement in general energy levels, just being able to take one convenient drink is also fantastic, I will say that we have both noticed a strange side effect of much more vivid dreaming, since the first few days of taking it. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this products, for convenience and transparency there is no comparison with all the companies I looked into before purchasing.

By far the most effective!
By far the most effective, cost efficient longevity supplement out there. I have tried AG1, Active100 by zero nutrition and of course Bryan Johnson’s blueprint longevity mix - yet none of them had any benefits on my energy/mood. It felt like I was throwing money out of the windows. So I was super suspicious regarding this one. On day one, 1h after drinking, I felt great and energized without the need of coffee (which means a lot!) and that energy lasted all day long, sharp focus, no crashes. I was super productive that day and motivated to workout.
Day 2 ? Same!
Day 3 ? Again!
So yeah that’s a pretty good supplement despite i have already been taking omegas, magnesium for years.

Been taking Longevity for over a month now and really comforting to know I am supplementing my diet as best as I can with this. I have been exercising 5 days a week and haven't experienced any fatigue.
In the beginning, I experienced some indigestion, but then realised I should not be taking creatine on a fully empty stomach.
