I found it a pleasure...

I found working with The London Office (Siobhan) a smooth experience. Once I had forwarded my proof of ID and address, I was incorporated within 24 hours. I think the company did a great job.
I experienced no problems with TLO whatsoever on this occasion. Therefore, I am happy to give a five-star review.

Worst service ever.I don't know how they manage to survive despite the way they treat their customers.

Sadly I did not read the reviews before…

Sadly I did not read the reviews before using this company but they are indeed scam artists. Having subscribed to their service in March 2021 and asking to cancel less than a week later I am yet to receive a refund and every time I enquire they send me the same email about if I cancelled within 30 days which I did.

Due to the poor structure of their upload system I was unable to complete my details for the forwarding which was probably lucky as people did not receive their letters anyway. Overall would not recommend, positive reviews are most likely fake.

Very bad service

Very bad service, do not use this company they are scammers. I will be taking legal action against them
