Abhorrent customer service. I am due a refund of £1000 for 4 PCR tests, which was meant to be processed more than a month ago. I've called 7 times over the course of a month and each time operator told me my query was marked as urgent, yet no one has every called me back to deal with this. Considering their sky-high prices, they are either unvelievably incompetent or outright scammers.
