I can't quite believe the level of service I've received from the London Clinic. I had always thought of this place as being world-renowned. However, it's a complete shambles. From telephone communication to scheduling appointments to the appointment itself. I left feeling very perplexed by the whole experience. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for Dermatology.

Absolutely shocking avoid at all costs. The beds had no sheets on just what can only be described as a large wet nights sheet. No Covid questions on arrival. Required to fill in your own height and weight which would then be used to calculate sedation. Freezing cold and one tiny blanket. Left alone in a cubicle ( yes not even a room!) for ages with no communication. Unbelievably poor. It’s a shame some of the best Consultants choose to work out of here but their responsibilities end when you leave theatre. Then you are in the lap of the gods. I wouldn’t risk my life being treated here

My telephone enquiry to the main London Clinic telephone number was answered by a shrieking receptionist who thought I was her friend. On calming down, the receptionist had not heard of the service I was seeking, even though it is on their website. She said someone would call me back within five minutes but no one did. The shrieking receptionist was still shrieking when I called back forty minutes later. This is not what is wanted when you have just been diagnosed with cancer and are seeking treatment options. The London Clinic appear to be in complete disarray
