We have a part for message, if you want us to print some wishes please just put in next time ;)
We consider to put the sender's name on the card if the message part is blank. but some of the customers left this part blank just for a surprise ( do not want the receiver to know who send it from at once), we also do not want to ruin this.
But we still try to find a more better way to do this.
If you have more advice do not hesitate to let us know.

Flower delivery
I have used the little market bunch to deliver flowers for me so many times without any problems until this instance. Unfortunately they were not delivered when requested and I had to follow up with my friend which ruined the surprise. I realised there was a problem when no tracking information was sent to me like other times and i hadn’t received a message from my friend. I then contacted the little market bunch to bring it to their attention. They were very apologetics and delivered the flowers the next day. Hopefully this was a one off as I have been recommending your services to friends and colleagues.

I made up a gift box for my friend’s 50th by selecting items she’d love - quirky bottle of gin, flowers, artisan choccies, savoury biccies, and cute and symbolic gingerbread friends. Flower arrangements all have images to show each different size option and clear pricing. Only complaint was having to select delivery day and time for each individual item. Emailed when I realised I had made mistakenly left one item on the default delivery date (which is actually order date). Quick email response from The Little Market Bunch; clarified correct delivery date and transferred my feedback to website technical support team. Happy birthday girl.

The flowers I chose were beautiful.
The flowers I chose were beautiful, however the delivery person was way off finding the address. I got a picture of the top of the street instead of number 56, which was the delivery address, so I had to make a phone call to see if they were delivered.
Seemed a bit hit or miss with delivery person sending a photo of another number in the street.

The pix you described 'top of the street' is the first pix to let us know what the flowers look like when they arrive:)
And there is still the second pix (sometimes will have third or fourth) to prove that the flowers have been delivered to the correct address.
Maybe next time we can put the proof for delivery to the correct address as the first pix.

There were hitches in delivery getting going due to a driver failing to show up and my message I'd included for my friend for her birthday wasn't included, so she didn't know who they were from.

From the covid-19 time, for guarantee the society safe. If there are no special requests or special circumstances, we prefer contactless delivery, so our driver can put flowers in any safe place than leave.
I just double-checked you did not provide any request in delivery instruction and our driver leave the flowers at your door ( It's been judged a safe place). If next time you want our driver deliver to the receiver hand (or any other request) just put in the delivery instruction part, we will let our driver to follow.
I also double checked with your order, you did not provide any message, that is the reason why we did not print. We do understand how important the message is.
