It was all very straightforward and user friendly.

All great, however I would have liked a more accurate breakdown of the sizes! I am 12-14 and have ordered a Medium, but maybe I should have asked for a large!

This is my second purchase and I found it easy to find a gift which is a little different for grandchildren. The site is easy to use and the original gifts I ordered arrived promptly.

Purchased a product that cost appox $300. I received one piece but nothing else. The tracking information remained the same "waiting for details". To this day, it still says "waiting for details".

I was contacted by Little Learners asking about my experience. I explained what happened and never heard back. I followed up with an e-mail, and also never heard back. Who knows if the toy is enjoyable or not but the company is pathetic.

There are so many options these days, don't get hung up with a company that does not value their customers.

It was easy to find and a easy check out too!!

I ordered today, will see how the fit is on 2 items & the quality of the bag. Ordering was pretty effortless. I have yet to wear something I bought last year for an upcoming holiday.

My toy arrived damaged. The box was crushed and a piece of the toy is broken. It has been since December 22and still not resolved. They just sent me an address in Italy to return the item to but they expect me to pay for shipping from US for a toy damaged during delivery. I just sent an email to escalate to a manager to get it either paid return or a US address. Still not resolved and it is Jan 8th!!
Update: Jan 22. Had to pay to ship the “damaged during delivery “ item to Italy. They actually have no US address. All just for show. I will NEVER recommend or order from this company ever again.

I ordered a fire truck for my grandson, when it arrived, it’s obviously come straight from china, fired truck ladder broke on his first play, quality very poor, customer service non existent. This site is a scam, avoid.

Ordered gift. Paid for 2 to 5 day Dhl delivery. It arrived after 18 working days with a different courier. It did not travel with dhl at all. The gift arrived in poor condition. The box is battered. Stay away from this company

Very deceiving company. Prices were displayed in usd instead of aud but it didnt say that on the website. Cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it once i realised the additional charges. They never refunded me, never sent the item, and also never reply to my emails.

Do not buy from this website. My items arrived after 3 weeks of waiting and were damaged. I contacted customer service and didn’t receive any response. After the third time this is the email I received (not exactly sure what is up with the emojis):

“In this case, we are offering the following options:

1. 60% Gift Card = This is way to say we are sorry for what happened, but also could not know how to Ballon has been used. You may use it to buy it again, or try something else from our store! 🤔🙃

2. 5% Refund of the item price = We are sorry and are wishing to send the money back to your account. Still, we hope you would give our store another chance in the future, we have lot of toys 😊🙄

Please let us know what you prefer, we are here for you!”

Ordering and making payment was easy. Delivery a bit longer than expected. But item received and exactly as described. Happy with the product
